- 기재와, 그 기재의 표면에 부착된, 하기 함불소 중합체 및 하기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발수발유성 물품.
함불소 중합체 : 탄소수가 1 ∼ 6 인 퍼플루오로알킬기를 갖는 단량체 (a) 에 근거하는 구성 단위를 갖는 중합체.
함불소 에테르 화합물 : 하기 식 (5) 로 나타내는 화합물.

단량체 (b1) : 폴리플루오로알킬기를 갖지 않고, 탄소수 12 ∼ 30 의 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트.
단량체 (b2) : 할로겐화올레핀. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 함불소 중합체가, 추가로 가교할 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 단량체 (c) 에 근거하는 구성 단위 및 기타 단량체 (d) (단량체 (a), (b1), (b2) 를 제외한다) 에 근거하는 구성 단위의 어느 일방 또는 양방을 갖는, 발수발유성 물품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발수발유성 물품을 제조하는 방법이고,
기재에, 상기 함불소 중합체 및 상기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 부착시키는, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기재를, 상기 함불소 중합체 및 상기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 포함하는 발수발유제 조성물로 처리하는, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기재를, 상기 함불소 중합체를 포함하는 제 1 액으로 처리하고,
상기 제 1 액으로 처리된 기재를, 상기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 포함하는 제 2 액으로 처리하는, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 액이, 대기압에 있어서의 비점 (표준 비점) 이 50 ℃ 이상인 함불소 용매를 포함하는, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 함불소 용매가, 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로옥탄, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에틸-2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸에테르, 1-메톡시-1,1,2,2,3,3,3-헵타플루오로프로판, 1-메톡시-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-노나플루오로부탄, 1-에톡시-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-노나플루오로부탄, 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-1데카플루오로-3-메톡시-4-트리플루오로메틸펜탄, 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄, 폴리(1,1,2,3,3,3-헥사플루오로프로펜옥사이드), 1,3-비스트리플루오로메틸벤젠, 1,4-트리플루오로메틸벤젠, 트리플루오로톨루엔, 퍼플루오로벤젠 및 퍼플루오로부틸아민으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함불소 중합체 100 질량부에 대한 상기 함불소 에테르 화합물의 양이, 0.1 ∼ 100 질량부인, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 함불소 중합체 100 질량부에 대한 상기 함불소 에테르 화합물의 양이, 30 ∼ 100 질량부인, 발수발유성 물품의 제조 방법. - 하기 함불소 중합체 및 하기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 포함하는, 발수발유제 조성물.
함불소 중합체 : 탄소수가 1 ∼ 6 인 퍼플루오로알킬기를 갖는 단량체 (a) 에 근거하는 구성 단위를 갖는 중합체.
함불소 에테르 화합물 : 하기 식 (5) 로 나타내는 화합물.

단, A 및 B 는, 각각 독립적으로 -CF3, -OH, -C(O)OCH3, -C(O)OH, 또는 가수분해성 실릴기이고 (단, A 및 B 의 양방이 -C(O)OH 가 되는 경우를 제외한다.), U 는, 불소 원자를 가져도 되는 2 가 유기기, 산소 원자 (단, A 가 CF3- 일 때만.) 또는 단결합이고, V 는, 불소 원자를 가져도 되는 2 가 유기기 또는 단결합 (단, B 가 -CF3 일 때만.) 이고, W 는, 하기 식 (6) 으로 나타내는 기이다.

단, b, c, d, e, f 및 g 는, 각각 독립적으로 0 ∼ 180 의 정수이고, b + c + d + e + f + g 는, 5 ∼ 400 의 정수이고, 각 옥시퍼플루오로알킬렌 단위의 결합의 순서는 한정되지 않는다. - 하기 함불소 중합체를 포함하는 제 1 액을 수용한 제 1 용기와,
하기 함불소 에테르 화합물을 포함하는 제 2 액을 수용한 제 2 용기
