도 4는 엔드 캡 및 스러스트 링 사이에 설치된 유동 플레이트를 도시하는 완전히 조립된 와권형 모듈 조립체의 부분적으로 절개된 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 와권형 모듈 조립체(39)로서,
압력 용기(40)로서, 제1 단부(38) 및 제2 단부(38') 사이에서 축(X)을 따라 연장되는 챔버(41), 적어도 하나의 공급 유입구(42), 농축물 유출구(42') 및 침투물 유출구(44), 압력 용기의 단부(38, 38')에 위치되는 제거 가능 엔드 플레이트(54)를 포함하고, 상기 침투물 유출구(44)는 상기 제거 가능 엔드 플레이트(54)를 통하여 축 방향으로 연장되는, 압력 용기;
상기 챔버(41) 내에 직렬 배치로 축 방향으로 정렬되는 복수의 와권형 모듈(2, 2')로서, 제1 모듈(2)은 제1 단부(38)에 인접하게 위치되고, 제2 모듈(2')은 제2 단부(38')에 인접하게 위치되고, 각 와권형 모듈(2, 2')은 내측 주변(9)을 포함하는 침투물 수집 튜브(8)의 둘레에 감기는 적어도 하나의 멤브레인 엔벨로프(4)를 포함하고, 각각의 와권형 모듈(2, 2')의 침투물 수집 튜브(8)는 서로 밀봉 유체 연통되는, 복수의 와권형 모듈(2, 2');
상기 제1 와권형 모듈(2)의 침투물 수집 튜브(8) 및 상기 침투물 유출구(44)와 밀봉 유체 연통되는 침투물 어댑터 튜브(52),
상기 제1 와권형 모듈(2) 및 상기 압력 용기(40)의 제1 단부(38) 사이에서 챔버(41) 내에 위치되는 대향하는 제1 및 제2 측(60, 61)을 포함하는 유동 플레이트(58)로서, 유동 플레이트(58)는 제1 측(60)이 상기 제1 와권형 모듈(2)에 대면하고 제2 측(61)이 제1 단부(38)에 대면한 상태에서 상기 침투물 어댑터 튜브(52)를 중심으로 동심으로 배치되고 챔버(41) 내에서 반경 방향 외측으로 연장되고, 유동 플레이트(58)는 공급 유입구(42) 및 농축물 유출구(42')에 더 가까운 부분 및 제1 와권형 모듈(2) 사이에서의 유체 내의 압력 강하를 생성하며 제1 측(60)으로부터 제2 측(61)쪽으로 지나는 복수의 홀(62)을 포함하는, 유동 플레이트(58); 및
상기 챔버(41) 내에 위치되며 상기 유동 플레이트(58)의 제1 및 제2 측(60, 61)과 연통되는 차압 센서(64)로서, 차압 센서(64)는 유동 플레이트(58)의 대향측(60, 61)에 위치되는 유체 간의 압력차를 측정하도록 구성되는, 차압 센서(64)를 포함하는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 차압 센서(64)는 상기 유동 플레이트(58)의 대향하는 제1 및 제2 측(60, 61)과 접촉하는 다이어프램을 포함하는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차압 센서(64)는 중합체 수지 내에 수용되는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유동 플레이트(58)는 상기 제1 및 제2 측(60, 61) 중 적어도 하나에서 적어도 하나의 반경 방향으로 연장된 지지 리브(70)를 포함하는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침투물 어댑터 튜브(52)는, 상기 제1 와권형 모듈(2)의 상기 침투물 수집 튜브(8)로부터 상기 침투물 유출구(44)로 침투물이 통과하도록 하는 밀봉된 통로를 형성하는 중공형 도관(53)과, 상기 침투물 어댑터 튜브(52) 내에 위치되고 상기 중공형 도관(53)과 연통되는 제2 센서(74)를 포함하는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 침투물 어댑터 튜브(52)는 상기 제2 와권형 모듈(2')의 상기 침투물 수집 튜브(8)의 상기 내측 주변(9) 내에 밀봉되는 플러그(66)를 포함하고, 상기 제2 센서(74)는 상기 플러그(66) 상에 위치되고 상기 제2 와권형 모듈(2')의 상기 침투물 수집 튜브(8)의 상기 내측 주변(9)과 유체 연통되는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
주변 밀봉 부재(72)가 상기 챔버(41)의 주변 표면(43)과 밀봉 접촉되는 상기 유동 플레이트(58)의 주위에 원주 방향으로 위치되는, 와권형 모듈 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동 플레이트(58)는 스러스트 링(76) 및 상기 제2 와권형 모듈(2')의 엔드 캡(32') 사이에 위치되는, 와권형 모듈 조립체.
