Claims (15)
- 다양한 사정거리의 발사체(40 내지 45), 특히 포 발사체(artillery projectile)를 위한 탄약 구성 키트에 있어서, 발사체(40 내지 45)를,
- 적어도 하나의 균일한 발사체 케이싱(1);
- 기저항력 감소 가스 발생기(22)를 지닌 적어도 하나의 발사체 베이스(11), 및/또는 기저항력 감소 가스 발생기(22)가 없는 적어도 하나의 발사체 베이스(21),
- 길이가 상이한 적어도 2개의 동일한 페이로드(payload)(30, 31, 32, 36, 34, 35) 및/또는 길이가 다른 상이한 페이로드(30, 31, 32, 36, 34, 35),
- 발사체 두부(ogive), 및 선택적으로
- 기폭 장치(6)
를 포함하는 독립적인 구성 키트 부품으로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트. - 제1항에 있어서, 발사체 케이싱(1)은 일부품 그리고 또한 다부품 구조일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 발사체 베이스(11, 12)는 발사체 케이싱(1)의 발사체 후미(2)에 체결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이로드(30 내지 36)는 발사체 케이싱(1) 내로 도입 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사정거리가 짧은 발사체(40, 42, 44)는 페이로드-최적화 가능하고, 사정거리가 긴 발사체(41, 43, 45)는 사정거리-최적화 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이로드(30 내지 36)는 적어도 하나의 고폭화약(Insensitive High Explosive; IHE)(IHE) 재료, 발광 재료, 이펙트 재료 또는 연막 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폭발성 발사체(44, 45)의 경우, 다양한 길이의 IHE 폭발성 인서트가 페이로드(30, 31)로서 발사체 케이싱(1) 내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사정거리가 짧은 연막탄(40)의 경우, 사정거리가 긴 발사체(41)에서보다 적어도 1개가 더 많은 연막체가 발사체 케이싱(1)에 삽입 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄약 구성 키트.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탄약 구성 키트의 구성요소를 지닌 발사체(40 내지 45), 특히 폭탄, 교탄, 조명탄, 이펙트탄(effect projectile) 또는 연막탄과 같은 포 발사체.
- 제9항에 따른 발사체(40 내지 45)를 위한 로지스틱스 컨셉(logistics concept)에 있어서, 독립적인 구성 키트 부품을 위해 개별적으로 형성된 보관 그룹을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
- 제10항에 있어서, 구성 키트 부품은 제조 중에 개별적으로, 또는 유닛이나 사용자에 의해, 또는 제조 중에 개별적으로 그리고 유닛 또는 사용자에 의해 보관 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 구성 키트 부품은 GPS 확인 및 감시 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필요하다면, 사용자/고객의 요구 시에 원하는 탄약이 조립될 수 있고 시간에 맞춰 원하는 인계 장소로 공급 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특히 현장에서, 그러나 적어도 사용자 근처에서 사용자에 의해 획정 가능한 양이 사용을 위한 즉각적인 요건으로서 제공되고, 추가의 양이 고객 양으로서 물류 창고에 보관 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물류 창고로부터의 구성 키트 부품의 이송 이벤트 시, 이는 구성 키트 부품의 재제조를 트리거(trigger)할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로지스틱스 컨셉.
