Description

Claims (8)
- 외피 및 코어를 갖는 이성분 섬유(bicomponent fiber)로서,
상기 코어는 0.860 g/cc 내지 0.885 g/cc의 밀도 및 10 g/10분 내지 60 g/10분의 용융 지수(I2)를 갖는 적어도 50 wt.%의 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 블록 공중합체를 포함하고;
상기 외피는 30 g/10분 내지 250 g/10분의 용융 유동 비(MFR)를 갖는 적어도 50 wt.%의 프로필렌계 엘라스토머를 포함하되;
코어/외피 점도 비는 1,000/s 내지 5,000/s의 전단 속도에서 1:1 내지 5:1인, 이성분 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌계 엘라스토머는 1.5 내지 3.0의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖되, 여기에서 Mw은 중량 평균 분자량이고, Mn은 수 평균 분자량인, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌계 엘라스토머는 1.5 내지 2.5의 Mz/Mw를 갖되, 여기에서 Mw는 중량 평균 분자량이고, Mz는 z 평균 분자량인, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외피 대 코어 비는 20/80 내지 5/95인, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 적어도 75 wt.%의 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 블록 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 외피는 적어도 75 wt.%의 프로필렌계 엘라스토머를 포함하는, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌계 엘라스토머는 30 내지 80 g/10분의 MFR을 갖는, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어/외피 점도 비는 1,000/s 내지 5,000/s의 전단 속도에서 1:1 내지 3:1인, 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 이성분 섬유로부터 형성된, 스펀본드 부직포.
