Claims (4)
- 선단부에 원뿔 형태의 첨단부(120)를 갖는 텅스텐 재질의 전극봉체(110)로 형성된 TIG 용접용 텅스텐 전극봉에 있어서,
상기 전극봉(100)의 첨단부(120) 끝부분에 0.3 ~ 0.4mm의 원형 단면을 갖는 포인트 다이아로 이루어진 절두부(130)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 TIG 용접용 텅스텐 전극봉.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극봉체(110)는 첨단부(120) 외측 주면을 스트레이트로 면처리한 스트레이트 가공면(140)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 TIG 용접용 텅스텐 전극봉.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극봉체(110)는 전체 길이의 1/4에 해당하는 후단 부분의 외측 주면에 형성된 전도체 코팅부(150)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 TIG 용접용 텅스텐 전극봉.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극봉체(110)의 길이는 치수 ± 0.01의 가공오차로 고정밀 가공된 것을 특징으로 한 TIG 용접용 텅스텐 전극봉.
