Claims (10)
- 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스(lubricating grease)에 있어서, 상기 윤활 그리스는:
a) 기유로서 50중량% 내지 90중량%의 생분해성 기유, 특히 생분해성 에스테르,
b)
b1) 3중량% 내지 12중량%의 생분해성 칼슘 비누,
b2) 3중량% 내지 25중량% 및/또는 3.5중량% 내지 20중량% 및/또는 4중량% 내지 12중량%의 벤토나이트,
b3) 그리고 이들의 혼합물들
로부터 선택된 3중량% 내지 25중량% 및/또는 7중량% 내지 20중량%의 증점제,
c)
c1) 1중량% 내지 12중량% 및/또는 4중량% 내지 12중량%의 발열성 이산화규소 및/또는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 및/또는 이들의 혼합물들,
c2) 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리이소부틸렌-/부텐 코폴리머, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 바람직하게 복합 에스테르, 특히 네오펜틸글리콜/다이머산/2-에틸헥산올로 이루어진 복합 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물들부터 선택된 2중량% 내지 45중량% 및/또는 2중량% 내지 25중량%의 폴리머,
c3) 0.5중량% 내지 20중량% 및/또는 1중량% 내지 10중량%의 고체 윤활제
를 포함하는 4중량% 내지 40중량%, 바람직하게 7중량% 내지 40중량%의 첨가제를 포함하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항에 있어서,
규격 DIN ISO 2176에 따라 150℃를 상회하는 적점(dropping point)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
규격 DIN 58397 파트 1에 따라 최소 150℃의 상위 작동 온도(Upper Operating Temperature, UOT)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
윤활 그리스 및/또는 에스테르 a)는 열 중량 분석(Thermogravimetric Analysis, TGA)(DIN 51006)을 통해 결정 가능한, 150℃ 내지 200℃의 열적 안정성 및/또는 DIN 58397에 따라 측정된, <10중량%, 바람직하게 <5중량%의 유동성 및/또는 (400h의 연장된 작동 시간에서) DIN ASTM D-2619에 따라 측정된, 0.0㎎ KOH/g 내지 20㎎ KOH/g의 TAN Delta 및/또는 5㎎ KOH/g 미만의 산 함량(Total Acid Number, TAN)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
에스테르 a)의 점성은 최소 50㎟/sec인 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
분해성 칼슘 비누 b1)은 지방산, 특히 칼슘-12-히드록시스테아레이트의 칼슘 비누로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
발열성 이산화규소 c1)은 90 내지 130㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 규산으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
성분 c2)의 폴리머는 100℃에서 DIN 51562 파트 1에 따라 측정했을 때, 최소 600㎟/s 및/또는 최소 4000㎟/s의 점성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 있어서,
윤활 그리스는 성분 c5)로서, 바람직하게 알칼리토류산화물, 특히 산화칼슘 및/또는 산화마그네슘, 그리고 C8-C20 디카르복실산의 칼슘-, 마그네슘- 및/또는 나트륨설포네이트 또는 칼슘-, 마그네슘- 및/또는 나트륨염, 특히 디나트륨세바케이트로부터 선택된 부식 방지제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환경 친화적 윤활 그리스. - 스틸 로프(steel rope), 특히 아연 도금된 스틸 로프를 코팅하기 위한 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항 또는 복수의 항에 따른 윤활 그리스의 용도.
