Claims (10)
- 유전체 시트;
상기 유전체 시트의 적어도 일면에 형성되는 내부 전극; 및
상기 내부 전극 중 외부로 노출된 일단과 전기적으로 결합하는 외부전극; 을 포함하고,
상기 외부 전극은 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자를 포함하는,
적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자는 Ti3AlC2, Ti3GaC2, Ti3InC2, Ti3SiC2, Ti3GeC2, 및 Ti3SnC2로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 맥스(MAX)상 복합체 입자를 포함하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자는 유기 화합물로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자를 포함하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 화합물로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자는 유기 실란 화합물 또는 이민 화합물로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자인, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 화합물로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자는 폴리에틸렌이민으로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자인, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 화합물로 표면 개질된 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자 중 상기 유기 화합물은 0.01 내지 30 중량%로 포함되는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 맥스(MAX)상의 복합체 입자는 0.01 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛의 입경을 갖는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 전극은 고분자 바인더 또는 분산제를 더 포함하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 전극은 은(Ag), 납(Pb), 백금(Pt), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 팔라듐 (Pd)을 포함하는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체 시트는 1.0 내지 100um의 두께를 가지며,
상기 내부 전극은 1.0 내지 100um의 두께를 가지며,
상기 외부 전극은 0.1 내지 1.0mm의 두께를 갖는, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
