Claims (6)
- (i) 고체 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 25 내지 75 중량%의, 제아크산틴 및 아세틸화된 제아크산틴으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 카로테노이드를 생성하는 하나 이상의 공급원 생유기체, 및
(ii) 고체 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 25 내지 75 중량%의, 한천, 카라기난, 젤라틴, 펙틴, 크산탄 검, 아라비아 검, 구아 검, 로커스트빈 검, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스로서 셀룰로스 유도체, 알기네이트, 리그노설포네이트, 식물 단백질, 전분, 개질된 전분 및 옥테닐 숙신산 무수물(OSA)-개질된 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 하이드로콜로이드
를 포함하는 고체 제형으로서,
카로테노이드 함량이 고체 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 20 중량%이고,
상기 공급원 생유기체가 블라케슬레아(Blakeslea), 칸디다, 크립토코쿠스(Cryptococcus), 쿠닝하멜라(Cunninghamella), 리포마이세스(Lipomyces), 모르티에렐라(Mortierella), 무코(Mucor), 피코마이세스(Phycomyces), 피티움(Pythium), 로도스포리디움(Rhodosporidium), 로도토룰라(Rhodotorula), 트리코스포론(Trichosporon), 야로위아, 아스페르질루스(Aspergillus), 보트리티스(Botrytis), 세르코스포라(Cercospora), 푸사리움(Fusarium; 지베렐라(Gibberella)), 클루이베로마이세스(Kluyveromyces), 뉴로스포라(Neurospora), 페니실리움(Penicillium), 피치아(Pichia; 한세눌라(Hansenula)), 푹시니아(Puccinia), 사카로마이세스, 스클레로티움(Sclerotium), 트리코데르마(Trichoderma) 및 크산토필로마이세스(파피아(Phaffia))로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는,
고체 제형. - 제1항에 있어서,
식물 단백질이 대두 단백질 단리물 또는 루핀 단백질 단리물인, 고체 제형. - 제1항에 있어서,
고체 제형이 하나 이상의 항산화제를 추가로 포함하고, 하나 이상의 항산화제가 토코페롤, 비타민 C, 에톡시퀸, 비타민 E, 부틸화된 하이드록시톨루엔(BHT), 부틸화된 하이드록시아니솔(BHA) 및 tert-부틸하이드로퀴논(TBHQ)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 고체 제형. - (b) 발효 브로쓰로부터 생유기체를 수확하고 수성 매질에 생유기체 펠렛을 재현탁화시키는 단계;
(c) 상청액을 폐기하는 단계;
(g) 한천, 카라기난, 젤라틴, 펙틴, 크산탄 검, 아라비아 검, 구아 검, 로커스트빈 검, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스로서 셀룰로스 유도체, 알기네이트, 리그노설포네이트, 식물 단백질, 전분, 개질된 전분 및 OSA-개질된 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 하이드로콜로이드를 첨가하는 단계; 및
(h) 용액을 건조시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 고체 제형의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
(a) 수확된 발효 브로쓰를 저온 살균하는 단계;
(d) 생유기체 펠렛을 수성 매질에 재현탁화시키고 다시 생유기체를 수확하는 단계;
(e) 생유기체를 파열시키는 단계; 및
(f) 하나 이상의 항산화제를 첨가하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하고,
이때 (a) 단계는 (b) 단계 전에 수행되고,
(d), (e) 및 (f) 단계는 (c) 단계 후 및 (h) 단계 전에 수행되고,
(g) 단계는 하나 이상의 보조제 첨가를 추가로 포함하는,
제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
식물 단백질이 대두 단백질 단리물 또는 루핀 단백질 단리물인, 제조 방법.
