도 4는 도 1의 액적 형광 측정 장치의 다른 예를 보여주는 단면도이다.
Claims (12)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상의 클래드 층;
상기 클래드 층 내에 배치되고, 제 1 방향으로 배열되는 광섬유들;
상기 광섬유들 및 상기 클래드 층 상에 배치되고, 상기 제 1 방향에 교차하는 제 2 방향으로 연장하는 미세 채널을 갖는 유체 칩을 포함하되,
상기 클래드 층은 상기 미세 채널의 양측들에 제공되어 상기 광섬유들을 수납하고, V자의 모양을 갖는 홈들을 구비하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드 층은 상기 홈들은 상기 미세 채널 아래의 입력 경사면과 출력 경사면을 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 입력 및 출력 경사면들과 상기 클래드 층 사이에 배치된 반사 층을 더 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 반사 층은:
상기 입력 경사면 상의 입력 반사 층: 및
상기 출력 경사면 상의 출력 반사 층을 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 출력 반사 층은 이색 필터를 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 입력 경사면 상의 상기 미세 채널 내에 제공되는 형광 필터를 더 포함하는 검출 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 형광 필터는 상기 광섬유들 중의 하나와 상기 하우징 사이에 제공되는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 출력 경사면 상의 상기 미세 채널 내에 제공되는 여기 광 필터를 더 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 여기 광 필터는 상기 광섬유들 중의 하나와 상기 하우징 사이에 제공되는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 광섬유들은:
상기 입력 경사면에 인접하여 제공되는 입력 광섬유; 및
상기 출력 경사면에 인접하여 제공되는 출력 광섬유를 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드 층은 실리콘 산화물을 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 실리콘 기판을 포함하는 액적 형광 측정 장치.
