<실험예 1. 고온 안정성><Experimental Example 1. High Temperature Stability>

안정성은 4℃, 25℃ 및 50℃에서 크림 성상을 유지하는 정도로 판정하였는데, 4℃에서의 안정성은 저온 안정성, 25℃에서의 안정성은 상온 안정성, 50℃에서의 안정성을 고온 안정성으로 정의하였고, 온도 Cycling test는 4℃~44℃을 한 cycle로, 3번 진행하였다.Stability was determined by the extent to which the creamy texture was maintained at 4℃, 25℃, and 50℃. Stability at 4℃ was defined as low-temperature stability, stability at 25℃ as room-temperature stability, and stability at 50℃ as high-temperature stability. 상기 표2에 나타낸 것처럼, 실시예 1 내지 실시예 5는 저온 안정성, 상온 안정성, 고온 안정성, Cycling Test에서 모두 양호하였다. As shown in Table 2 above, Examples 1 to 5 were all good in low-temperature stability, room-temperature stability, high-temperature stability, and Cycling Test.

반면 고분자가 적용되지 않은 비교예 1은 고온 안정성에서 층이 분리되는 현상을 보였으며, 이는 도면 1에 나타냈다. On the other hand, Comparative Example 1, to which no polymer was applied, showed a phenomenon of layer separation at high temperature stability, which is shown in Figure 1.

<실험예 2. 기포 이미지 측정><Experimental Example 2. Bubble Image Measurement>

거품 평가는 다이나믹 폼 분석기(DFA-100, KRUSS)를 사용하여 25 ℃에서 약 5 분간 수행되었다. 이 때, 실시예 1 내지 5 및 비교예 1을 1%로 희석한 용액(50 mL)을 하부에 유리 컬럼 내에 담고, 상기 유리 칼럼을 통해 공기를 약 0.3 L/min의 속도로 20초 동안 주입하여 상기 용액 내에 거품을 발생시켰다. 그 후 공기 주입을 중지한 상태에서 시간 경과에 따라 빛의 투과 강도를 측정함으로써 거품의 모양, 용기 내 거품의 높이 등의 경시변화를 측정하여 기포의 거동을 평가하였다. Foam evaluation was performed using a dynamic foam analyzer (DFA-100, KRUSS) at 25°C for about 5 minutes. At this time, a solution (50 mL) diluted to 1% of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 was placed in a glass column at the bottom, and air was injected through the glass column at a rate of about 0.3 L/min for 20 seconds to generate foam in the solution.
