Abstract

본 발명은 의료용 침대에 관한 것으로, 침대; 및 상기 침대의 일측에 마련되며, 환자의 시술 자세를 유지시키는 자세유지수단;을 포함하여 구성된다. 여기서, 자세유지수단은 환자의 발을 지지하는 지지부;로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의하면, 침대에서 자세를 취하는 환자의 발이 자세유지수단에 지지되도록 함에 따라 환자가 자연스럽게 시술자세를 유지할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a medical bed, comprising: a bed; and a posture-maintaining means provided on one side of the bed and configured to maintain a patient's treatment posture. MEDICAL BED

본 발명은 의료용 침대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 환자의 의료시술을 위한 의료용 침대에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a medical bed, and more particularly, to a medical bed for medical treatment of a patient.

침대는 동서양을 막론하고 인간의 편안한 잠자리를 마련해주는 도구로 장소에 불문하고 널리 사용되고 있다. 특히, 의료용 침대는 각종 의료시술을 보조하는 수단으로, 신체가 부자연스럽거나 신체를 움직이지 못하는 환자가 의료시술 또는 의료시술 전후의 대기나 회복 등 여러면에서 많은 편리함을 제공하고 있다. 이러한, 의료용 침대와 관련된 종래의 선행기술로 등록특허공보 제10-1932212호(낙상 방지 기능을 구비한 의료용 침대)가 개시되어 있다. 선행기술에 따른 의료용 침대는 침대 본체, 머리판, 발판 및 사이드 레일을 포함하며, 노령자 혹은 거동이 불편한 환자들이 머리판(또는, 발판)과 사이드 레일 사이의 틈새로 내려오는 과정에서 낙상 사고가 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.As a prior art related to such medical beds, Patent Publication No. 10-1932212 (Medical bed with fall prevention function) is disclosed. 그러나, 종래의 의료용 침대는 전술한 각 구성들을 통해 노령자 혹은 거동이 불편한 환자들의 낙상 사고를 방지할 수는 있으나, 특정한 시술시 전술한 각 구성들이 오히려 방해 요인이 되는 문제점이 있었다. 예컨대, 대장 내시경 검사와 같은 시술에 있어서, 환자의 포지션이 왼쪽으로 누운 상태로 다리를 접은 상태가 될 경우, 내시경 시술자의 손은 환자의 항문 아래에 위치하기 때문에, 내시경 시술자가 오른손을 움직여 내시경을 조작할 때 침대의 발판이 오히려 방해 작용을 하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.However, although conventional medical beds can prevent falls in elderly patients or patients with limited mobility through the aforementioned components, there was a problem in that the aforementioned components actually became a hindrance during certain procedures. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 대장 내시경 검사와 같은 시술에 있어서, 환자의 포지션이 왼쪽으로 누운 상태로 다리를 접은 상태가 될 경우, 이와 같은 자세 유지를 위하여 환자가 발을 지지할 수 있는 발판을 제공하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to provide a footrest for the patient to support the feet in order to maintain the patient's posture when the patient is lying on the left side with the legs folded during a procedure such as a colonoscopy.
