Claims (2)
- 발포제를 함유한 열가소성수지의 용융물을 가압하에 구금내에서 두께에 비해 폭이 큰 편평한 형상으로 하여 압출하고, 구금의 수지배출단면을 폭방향에서 보면 압출방향으로 향해서 돌출하는 곡면으로 하여 구금으로부터 압출한 수지의 전부를 즉시 성형용통로에 넣고, 성형용통로의 구금측으로 향한 면을 상기 배출단면에 걸맞은 요상(凹狀)의 곡면으로 하고, 편평한 수지를 성형용 통로내에서 두께 방향으로도 폭방향으로도 팽창시켜, 통로내에서의 두께방향의 팽창은 상기 요상의 곡면에 따라 나란히한 부분에서 개시시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 발포판의 제조방법.
- 압출기와 구금과 성형용통로로 이루어지고, 구금은 수지배출측으로 두께에 대하여 폭이 큰 오리피스를 구비하고, 수지배출단면은 폭방향의 중앙이 수지의 진행방향으로 돌출하여 중앙으로부터 양단에 이르는데 따라서 점차 후퇴하는 철곡면(凸曲面)을 이루고 있으며, 성형용통로는 상기 오리피스에 연이어 통로를 구비하고, 구금에 향한면이 상기 철곡면에 합치하는 요곡면을 형성하여 오리피스의 전둘레에 걸쳐서 구금에 밀접해 있으며, 통로는 요곡면에 연한 부분에서 수지의 진행방향으로 향하여 두께 방향으로 확대되는 동시에 폭방향으로도 확대되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 발포판의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
