Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식1의 염소화 유도체를 알콜과 같은 용매에서 수소산수용체 존재하고 온에서 하기 일반식2의 아민과 반응시키고, 필요하다면 수득된 유도체를 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 아미드화 피리다진 유도체 및 그의 산부가염의 제조방법.
  2. (상기식중, R1은 2-티에닐, 3-티에닐 또는 시클로헥실기를 나타내고, R2는 저급 알킬기(1~4탄소원자) 또는 수소원자를 나타낸다.)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 유도체가 케톤 R1-CO-CH3와 α-케토산 R2-CO-COOH를 축합하고, 수득된 α-히드록시 감마 케톤산을 히드라진 NH2-NH2와 반응시켜 상응하는 3-피리다존을 수득한 후, 이를 포스포리스 옥시클로라이드와 반응시킴으로써 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 유도체가 3클로로 4-메틸 6-(2-티에닐)피리다진이고 아민이 2-모르폴리노에틸아민인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 유도체가 3-클로로 4-메틸 6-(3-티에닐) 피리다진이고 아민이 2-모르폴리노에틸 아민인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 유도체가 3-클로로 4-메틸 6-시클로헥실 피리다진이고 아민이 2-모르폴리노에틸 아민인 방법.
