Description
Claims (15)
- 입상물질을 함유하는 유체(A)를 공심 사이클론 분리기(1)의 상부에 공급하여 다수의 분류물들로 상기 유체를 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유체가 분리기내에서 강제로 단일방향흐름을 취하게 하고, 분리후, 도입구에서 멀리 떨어져 위치된 배출구들을 통해 분리기 저부에 인접한 지역으로부터 2이상의 분리된 분류물들(X, Y)로 추출되며, 그 분리된 분류물들중 하나(X)가 분리기의 축방향으로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도입유체가 분리기내로의 도입후 안정화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 도입 유체(A)보다 밀도가 낮은 가벼운 폐기분류물(X)이 축방향으로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도입유체(A)보다 밀도가 낮은 허용분류물(Y)이 축방향으로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자들이 도입유체(A)의 유선(A')으로부터 분리된후, 멀리 떨어져 위치된 배출구들 중 하나의 쪽으로 이동할 때, 그 입자들이 강제로 그 유선을 횡단하지 않게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체가 3개의 분류물들, 즉, 축방향으로 향한 배출구(41)를 통한 추출되는 가벼운 폐기분류물(X)과, 수평으로 향한 배출구들(45, 37) 각각을 통해 추출되는 허용분류물(Y) 및 무거운 폐기분류물(Z)로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 입상물질을 함유하는 유체를 각기 다른 밀도의 다수의 분류물들로 분리하기 위한 사이클론 분리기에 있어서, 유체 도입구(7)만이 단일방향 공심 사이클론 분리기(1)의 상부지역에 제공되고, 분류물들 각각에 하나씩 다수의 배출구들이 도입구(7)로부터 먼쪽의 분리기 하부지역으로부터 여러개의 분류물들(X, Y, Z)을 추출하도록 그 하부지역에 제공되고, 상기 배출구들중 하나가 분리기로부터 축방향 하방으로 연장하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 분리기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 안정기(5)가 유체 도입구(7)에 인접히 분리기의 상부지역에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 축방향 연장 배출구(11, 41)가 가벼운 폐기분류물을 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 축방향 연장 배출구가 허용분류물을 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 허용분류물(Y)의 배출구(15, 45)가 분리기의 하부지역으로부터 수평으로 연장하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 무거운 폐기분류물(Z)의 배출구(37)가 분리기의 하부지역으로부터 수평으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 무거운 폐기분류물(Z)이 분리기의 하부지역으로부터 추출될때 그 분류물을 세정하기 위한 수단(55)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분리기의 하부지역내 가벼운 폐기분류물(X)의 배출구(11, 41)의 입구위치가 조정 가능하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분리기의 몸체부가 상부 도입단부로부터, 분리된 분류물 배출구들을 가진 하부 배출단부 쪽으로 내부에서 원추형으로 테이퍼져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 사이클론 분리기.
