Claims (5)
- 다수의 단위 셀로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 단위 셀은 양극실(14)과 음극실(16)로 구성되고, 강기 양극실(14)은 프레임벽(1)과, 프레임벽과 함께 팬 형상을 이루는 금속측벽(2)과, 다수의 전기 전도 리브(3)를 통해 금속측벽(2)에 용접된 양극(4)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 음극실(16)은 프레임벽(1)과, 프레임벽과 함께 팬 형상을 이루는 금속 측벽(2)과, 전기 전도 리브(3)를 통해 금속측벽에 용접된 음극(4)으로 구성되어 있고, 양극실(14)의 양극(4)과 양극실(14)에 인접한 음극실(16)의 음극(4)사이에 양이온 교환막(12)이 설치되어 양극과 음극은 양이온 교환막(12)의 양족에서 각각 교환막(12)과 면하고 있으며, 상기 다수의 단위 셀은 직렬로 배치되어 다수의 전류 납판을 통해 작동되게 되어 있고, 인접한 단위 셀 사이 및/또는 각 전류 납판과 그에 인접한 단위 셀 사이에 강성의 다중 접촉 전기 전도 수단(18)이 구성되어 있어 다수의 지점에서 그 사이의 강력한 접촉이 형성되며, 각 단위 셀의 내압을 대기압 이상으로 유지시키며서 전해조를 가동시킬수 있음을 특징으로 하는 멀티셀 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 다중 접촉 전기 전도 수단(18)이 단위 셀의 적어도 하나의 측벽 표면에 형성된 다수의 돌기부(9)로 구성되는 것은 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 다중 접촉 전기 전도 수단(18)이 다수의 돌기부(9)를 갖춘 강성의 전기 전도 시트(18)의 형상이며, 인접한 단위 셀 사이 및/또는 각각의 전류 납판(21)과 그에 인접한 단위 셀 사이에 상기 전기 전도 시트(18)가 유지된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 다수의 돌기부를 갖춘 강성의 전기 전도 시트가 버링 또는 강망의 형상인 것을 특징으로하는 멀티셀 전해조.
- 제 1 항에서 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 단위 셀의 내압이 0.2∼3Kg/㎠G의 압력으로 유지되는 것은 특징으로 하는 멀티셀 전해조.
