Claims (13)

  1. a) 효소학적활성의 생물학적물질을 함유하는 수성매제를 제공하는 단계, b) 1-아미노에틸렌기 및 임의적으로 N-비닐 포름아미드를 힘유하는 중합체를 첨가하는 단계, c) 아미노기에 대한 가교제를 첨가하는 단계, d) 가교결합 및 솜털모양화를 실행하기 위해 혼합물을 유지시키는 단계, e) 탈수단계, f) 세분단계, 및 g) 건조단계의 연속단계들로 이루어지는 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 입상고정화 효소제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 양은 생물학적물질의 건조물질의 2-30중량%, 바람직하게는 2-15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 10-100몰%(바람직하게는 25-50%)의 -CH2-CH(NH2)-단위와 0-90몰%(바람직하게는 50-75% 의 -CH2-CH(NH-CHO)-단위를 함유하며, 바람직하게는 50,000-500,000의 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 키토산이 단계 c)에서 가교제의 도입에 앞서, 바람직하게는 생물학적물질의 건조물질의 1-15중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 글루타르알데히드, 폴리아제티딘 모는 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 a)의 수성매제에 가교제를 추가로 첨가하고, 단계 b)에서 중합체의 도입에 앞서 부분적 가교 결합을 실행하기 위해 유지시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는, 단계 a) 및 단계 c)에 첨가된 가교제의 비가 바람직하게는 1:2 내지 1:4의 범위가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용된 가교제의 총량이 생물학적 물질의 건조물질의 5-40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 생물학적물질은 바람직하게 식물 또는 미생물 유래의 용해된 효소, 완전 세포들 또는 충분히 또는 부분적으로 분쇄된 세포들로부터의 세포덩어리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 생물학적물질은 효소학적 불활성의 단백질로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 생물학적물질은 글루코스이소머라제(바람직하게는 스트렙토미세스, 바실루스 또는 악티노 플라네스의 균주로부터 유도된것), 아미노펩티다제(바람직하게는 유도모나스로부터 유도된것), 페니실린아실라제(바람직하게는 푸자리움으로부터 유도된것), 니트릴라제(바람직하게는 로도코쿠스, 유도모나스 또는 브레비 박테리움으로부터의 것), 프록토실 트랜스퍼라제(바람직하게는 아스퍼질러스로부터의 것), 인베르타제(바람직하게는 사카로 미세스로부터의 것), 락타제(바람직하게는 글루이베로 미세스로부터의 것) 또는 시아니다제(바람직하게는 알칼리젠스로부터의 것)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 효소제제.
  11. 효소촉매된 공정에의 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따르는 고정화 효소제제의 용도.
  12. 고정베드에서 고정화효소를 가진 연속공정에의 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 하나에 따르는 고정화 효소제제의 용도.
  13. a) 효소학적활성의 생물학적물질을 함유하는 수성매제를 제공하는 단계, b) 1-아미노에틸렌기 및 임의적으로 N-비닐 포름아미드를 함유하는 중합체를 첨가하는 단계, c) 아이노기에 대한 가교제를 첨가하는 단계, d) 가교결합 및 솜털모양화를 실행하기 위해 혼합물을 유지시키는 단계, e) 탈수단계, f) 세분단계, 및 g) 건조단계의 연속단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소학적 활성의 생물학적 물질을 고정화시키는 방법.
