Claims (10)
- 발사화약 점화물(28)에 의하여 점화되는 발사화약(24)과 이 발사화약(24)과는 공간적으로 분리되어 작용을 하며 폭약 점화물(30)이 있는 폭약(26)으로 구성되어 있고, 폭약 점화물(30)의 점화 시점에 대하여 폭약(26)의 폭발 시점이 시간적으로 일정하게 지연되도록 하는 휴대용 총기에 사용되는 산탄에 있어서, 상기 폭약(26)과, 뇌관(36)에 종속되어 있는 고속 연소성도화선(40)과 연결된 점화지연물(44)사이에 폭발 점화물(46)이 구성되며, 상기 뇌관(36)이나 고속 연소성 도화선(40)중 한쪽 또는 모두가 불발시에 발사화약(24)에 의하여 점화지연물(44)을 점화시키도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발사화약 점화물(28)과 폭약 점화물(30)이 전기식 또는 전자식으로 점화되게 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발사화약 점화물(28)과 폭약 점화물(30)이 기계식으로 점화되게 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 발사화약 점화물(28)을 고리(ring)모양 점화물로 만들고 폭약 점화물(30)을 중심지점화물 형태로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폭약 점화물(30)을 폭약(26)과 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폭약(26)이 발사 화약(24)의 연소에 의해서만 폭발이 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 점화 지연물(44)과 폭발 점화물(46)은 탄환의 종축을 따라 위치한 점화관(50)과 평행하게 폭약(26)이 장전된 탄두(34)속에 구성되며 점화관(50)은 폭약(26)으로 둘러쌓인 점화 케이스(54)로 되어 있으며, 발사 화약통(32)에 접하여 있는 구조물속의 한쪽 끝에는 스프링(58)이 설치되어 이 스프링(58)의 탄성에 의하여 점화관(50)에 압력을 가하고, 탄두(34)와 발사 화약통(32)은 상호간에 접합되어 있으며, 점화케이스(54)속에 있는 스프링(58)의 작용에 의하여 점화케이스(54)에서 점화관(50)이 밀려나가게 되므로서 발사 화약통(32)과 탄두(34)가 분리되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 점화케이스(54)내에 삽설된 점화관(50)의 선단을 점화케이스(54)내부 바닥면으로부터 격리시키고 한쪽 점화관(50)의 선단과 점화 케이스(54)의 내부 바닥면 사이에 스프링(58)을 넣어 서로 버티어 주도록 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 고속 연소성 도화선(40)을 뇌관(36)에서부터 발사화약통(32)의 탄두(32)쪽을 향해 있는 분리면까지 탄환축에 대하여 동심으로 연장시켜 보호 케이스(42)의 속에 구성하며, 실질적으로 완전히 발사화약(24)으로 둘러쌓고 점화 케이스(54)를 탄환축과 동심으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 점화관(50)이나 점화케이스(54)의 발사화약통(32)쪽을 향해 있는 끝쪽을 확장시켜 주어 개발된 접촉 고정부(60)를 만들어 발사화약(24)의 가스가 방출될 수도 있고 점화지염물(44)이 밀려나갈 수도 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 산탄.
