Claims (7)
- 40℃ 내지 70℃의 온도 및 pH 3 내지 7에서 글루코아밀라제를 함유하는 컬럼에 가수분해물을 통과시킴에 의하여, 전분 가수분해물을 고정 글루코아밀라제와 접촉시켜서 전분으로부터 덱스트로스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 전분 가수분해물은 40 또는 그 이상의 호정당량치(Dextrose Equivalent Value)와 45% 또는 그 이상의 말토스 함량을 가지며 유속이 시간당 0.19 내지 1.26베드 용량인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전분 가수분해물이 일부 전환된 전분을 β-아밀라제로 가수분해하여 제조되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, α-아밀라제를 사용하여 호정당량이 20보다 크지 않게 전분을 부분적으로 전환시킨다음 β-아밀라제로 가수분해하여 전분가수분해물이 제조되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전분가수분해물을 pH 3 내지 4에서 고정된 글루코아밀라제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 가수분해물의 건조성분 농도가 20%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 글루코아밀라제가 다공성 담체상에 흡착에 의해 고정되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 글루코아밀라제가 다공성 페놀성수지상에 흡착에 의해 고정되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
