Claims (9)
- 길이가 7-50mm이며 높은 탄성계수를 갖는 강화 섬유가 20-70중량%로 분산되어 있는 압밀 열가소성 물질로 된 시이트를 가열 성형하여, 유리섬유가 받은 응력에 의해 주형의 형상으로 매트릭스가 팽창되며 다공성이 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 물질로 이루어진 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제한되지 않고 자유롭게 팽창되어 형성되는 최종 두께보다 좁은 간격을 갖도록 성형 용구의 크기를 고정시킴으로써 팽창도를 조절함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 적어도 30중량%의 유리섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 50중량%의 유리섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분이 다른 플라스틱 물질로 된 둘 이상의 층으로 시이트가 형성되며 성형 과정에서 함께 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 내층보다 더 낮은 중량%의 섬유가 함유된 층을 외층으로 하여 셋 이상의 층이 합병되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 시이트를 오븐에서 가열시킨 후 적어도 두 부분을 갖는 주형으로 이동시켜 주형내에서 시이트에 압력이 가해졌다가 제거되도록 하여, 주형을 적어도 두 부분으로 분리시켜 성형품의 섬유 성분이 성형품을 회복시키고 팽창시켜 다공성이 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형품이 팽창된 후 부분적으로 압밀시키기 위해 주형 부분을 다시 밀폐시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 길이가 7-50mm이며 높은 탄성계수를 갖는 강화 섬유가 20-70중량%로 분산되어 있는 압밀 열가소성 물질로 된 시이트를 가열 성형하여, 유리섬유가 받은 응력에 의해, 주형의 형상으로 매트릭스가 팽창되며 다공성이 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 물질로 이루어진 성형품의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 섬유 강화 플라스틱 물질의 성형품.
