Claims (3)
-  정보의 기록층이 설치된 광투과성 기판의 기록면측과, 기록층이 설치되어 있지 아니한 다른쪽의 광투과성 기판을 접합시킨 광기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 설치되어 있지 않은 다른쪽의 광투과성 기판의 접합면에는 최소한 1층의 유전체 막이 성막되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
-  제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 막의 성분은, Al2O3, Bi2O3, CaO, CdO, CdS, CeO2, Cd2O3, In2O3, La2O3, MgF, MgO, Nd2O3, Sb2O3, SiO, SiO2, SnO2, TiO2, ZnO, ZrO2, ZnS, AlN, Si3N4, SiN, TiN, BN, HfN, ZrN 중의 최소한 1성분 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
-  제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 막의 두께는 30Å이상 10㎛미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
