Claims (2)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르수지를 용융방사하여 냉각고화시킨 후 스핀드로우법에 의해 연신하여서 제조된 폴리에스테르 섬유에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트는 융점이 260℃ 이상이고 결정융해열이 16cal/g 이상이며 300℃에서의 용융점도가 30,000 포아즈 이상인 것으로서, 그로부터 제조된 폴리에스테르 연신사는 뚜렷한 장주기구조의 분자쇄를 가지며, 다음 (1) 내지 (8)의 조건을 만족하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 칫수안정성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 섬유. (1) 강력이 105kg/mm2이상. (2) 초기탄성율 1,350kg/mm2이상. (3) 건열수출률과 4.5kg에서의 중간신도를 합한 값으로 나타내어지는 칫수안정도가 11% 이하. (4) 상기 칫수안정도 값중 4.5kg에서의 중간신도값이 차지하는 비율이 50% 이내. (5) 150℃에서의 열수축응력이 0.30g/d 이하고, 250℃에서 열수축을력이 0.45g/d 이하. (6) 분자쇄의 장주기값이 130 내지 150Å. (7) 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 비결정역의 동적손실 탄성분산곡선인 α주분산의 피이크온도(Tmax.α)가 120 내지 130℃이고, 그때의 손실탄성률(E″αmax)가 7.0×109dyne/cm2이하이며, β부분산의 피이크온도(Tmax.β)가 -10 내지 -5℃. (8) 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 비결정역의 동적손실 탄성 분산곡선에서 분자쇄의 유리전이온도를 나타내주는 tan δ곡선의 피이크온도가 135 내지 150℃.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장주기값중 결정역의 결정크기는 50Å 이상이고, 비결정역의 크기는 100Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유.
