종래의 적외선 조리기는 제3도에서 나타낸 바와 같이 전열부 덮개용 판유리(1)의 테두리부위를 얹을 수 있도록 상판(2)의 중앙개구부의 테두리부위에 형성되어진 재치턱(21)의 저면부위에, 전열부 받침용 바닥판(3)과 연결고정 되는 전열부 하우징(4)의 상단 절곡부를 스포트(spot)용접으로 연결고정 시키도록 되어 있었으나 그 작업공정에 있어 재치턱(21)과 전열부 하우징(4)의 상단 절곡부간의 마주 대하는 면의 전둘레에 스포트 용접을 하여야만 했으므로 작업공정이 까다로웠을 뿐만 아니라 스포트용접후 상기 재치턱(21)과 전열부 하우징(4)의 상단 절국부간의 마주 대하는 면의 불일치 등으로 인한 제품불량 발생의 소지가 대단히 많았으며, 또한 상판(2)의 전방벽(22)부분과 그릴실(5)의 전방 입구부분간의 연결수단이 마련되어 있지 않아 제품으로의 조립후 그릴도어(6)의 개폐가 불안정하였을 뿐만 아니라 상기 기판(2)의 전방벽(22)부분과 그릴실(5)의 전방입구부분간이 견고하지 못함으로 인해 제품의 안전성 확보에도 많은 문제점을 안고 있었다.As shown in FIG. 3, a conventional infrared cooker is placed on the bottom of the mounting jaw 21 formed at the edge of the central opening of the top plate 2 so as to place the edge of the plate glass 1 for the heat transfer part.
