Claims (10)
- 적외선 레이저 방사선을 방사하기 위한 제1에너지원과 가시광을 방사하기 위한 제2에너지원을 포함하며, 조직 위치로 에너지를 전송하기 위한 의료기구에 있어서, 상기 의료 기구가, 상기 조직 위치로 상기 레이저 방사선을 전달하기 위해 제1에너지원과 동작적으로 관련되어 있는 제1수단과, 상기 조직 위치로 상기 가시광을 전달하기 위해 상기 제2에너지원과 동작적으로 관련되어 있는 제2수단을 포함하며, 상기 제2수단은 상기 제1수단 주변에 배치되고, 상기 가시광은 상기 레이저 방사선에 의해 접촉되는 조직 위치를 조명하기에 적합하게 되어 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2수단이 적어도 하나의 유연성 광 파이버를 포함하고 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단의 상기 파이버가 일반적으로 코일형 구성으로 상기 제1수단의 상기 파이버 주위에 둘러싸여 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단이 서로에 대해 거의 평행하게 지향된 다수의 광 파이버를 포함하고 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 적어도 하나의 유연성 광파이버를 포함하고, 상기 제2수단이 하나 이상의 가늘고 긴 유연성 봉을 포함하며, 상기 제2수단이 다수의 봉을 포함할때에는 상기 봉이 서로에 대해 거의 평행하게 배치되도록 되어 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 적어도 하나의 유연성 광파이버를 포함하고, 상기 제2수단이 광전송 슬리브를 포함하고 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 금속 도파관을 포함하고 상기 제2수단이 광 전송 슬리브를 포함하고 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 금속 도파관을 포함하고 상기 제2수단이 적어도 하나의 유연성 광 파이버를 포함하고 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 파이버가 일반적으로 코일형 구성으로 상기 도파관 주위에 둘러싸여 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 금속 도파관을 포함하고 상기 제2수단이 하나 이상의 가늘고 긴 유연성 봉을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제2수단이 다수의 봉을 포함할때에는 상기 봉이 서로에 대해 거의 평행하게 배치되어 있는 조직 위치로의 에너지 전송용 의료기구.
