Description
Claims (12)
- 표면이 보호피막으로 피복된 기판에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 일반 유기 용제에 용해되고 적어도 하나의 방향족, 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로원자부를 함유하는인 산화 모노머 또는 올리고머로부터 제조된 폴리머를 구성하는 시발체층과 ; 다수의 퍼플루오로알킬렌 옥사이드 반복 단위로 구성되는 적어도 하나의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르로부터 제조된 폴리머를 구성하는 외부층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 기판은 자화성 피막을 갖는 자성 기록 매체인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시발체층에 대한 퍼플루오로폴리에테르층의 중량비는 약 1/1-5/1 이고, 상기 퍼플루오로폴리에테르는 분자당 평균 적어도 약 1.5의 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화부를 갖으며, 상기 인산화 모노머 또는 올리고머는 다수의 에틸렌계 불포화 중합성 성분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 자화성 피막은 금속 박막 피막인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 자화성 피막표면에 보호피막을 갖는 기판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 일반 유기용제이며 적어도 하나의 방향족 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로원자 성분을 함유하는 중합성 인산화 모노머 또는 올리고머의 원용매 용액을 시발체 피막을 형성하도록 자화 피막 표면에 코우팅하는 단계와 ; 분자당 적어도 약 1.5의 에틸렌계불포화 중합 성분를 가지며, 하기식(상기식에서, Q는 a가 1 내지 4의 독립 정수로서,로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선별되는 1이상의 무질서하게 배열된 퍼플루오로알킬렌옥사이드 단위쇄를 나타내는 Rf에 부착된 중합성 그룹을 구성하고, k는 세그멘트 Rf가 바람직하게 약 500 내지 10,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 정도의 1-300값을 갖는 상기 반복 단위수이며, Z는 -OCaF2a+1과 Q를 갖는 그룹으로부터 선택된다)을 갖는 퍼플루오로에테르 모노머의 제2원용매 용액을 시발체 피막상에 코우팅하는 단계와 ; 상기 피막을 건조시키는 단계와 ; 상기 보호 피막의 두께가 200 나노미터를 초과하지 않도록 상기 건조된 피막을 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시발체 피막상에 제2원용매 용액을 코우팅하는 단계전에 대부분의 용제를 제거하기 위해 원용매 용액을 코우팅하는 단계의 시발체 피막을 건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 제조 방법.
