본 발명은 신축성 가연사를 이용하여 본 발명의 경위사 밀도, 섬도, 수축율 조건으로 제조한 신축성과 직물 표면이 양호한 경위 양방향 신축성 직물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 신축성 28~50%, 신축회복율 75~99%, 열수수축율 35~60%, 토크수 40~125개/m의 물성을 갖고 있는 열가소성 합성섬유 필라멘트 가연가공사를 경사로는 바디 1인치당 경사본수 N이 920<N ×√D1<1450 (D1: 경사섬도)이고, 위사로는 위사 1인치당 타입본수 n이 500<N ×√D2<940 (D2: 위사섬도)인 조건으로 일반조직으로 제직한 후 파이날셋트후 조건이 경사가, 위사가(N1: 파이날 셋트후 1인치당 경사본수, n1: 파이날 셋트루 1인치당 위사본수)이 되도록 수축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경위 양방향 신축성 직물의 제조방법.The present invention relates to a method for producing a two-way stretch fabric having good elasticity and fabric surface prepared under the condition of the inclined yarn density, fineness, and shrinkage rate of the present invention using stretchable twisted yarn, and has a stretchability of 28 to 50% and a stretch recovery rate of 75 to 75%.
