Claims (14)
- 이산화탄소와 산소 또는 수증기가 함유된 메탄올 주성분으로 하는 천연가스나 저급 탄화수소로부터 0.2:1 내지 5:1의 몰비로 연속적으로 실리콘 함유 담체에 니켈 및 조촉매로서 알칼리 금속 및 알카리 토금속 성분이 균일하게 담지된 촉매상에서 반응온도 600∼1,000℃, 반응압력 0.5 기압부터 20 기압, 그리고 공간속도 시간당 1,000∼500,000 정도의 조건하에서 반응시켜, 1:3에서 3:1의 조성을 갖는 일산화탄소 및 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체증의 산소함량이 0∼10부피퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체증의 수증기의 함량이 0∼10부피퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 함유 담체는 제올라이트, 실리카, 실리게이트 또는 실리카 알루미나인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 금속성분은 니켈인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 금속 성분은 칼륨, 나트륨 또는 세슘인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 토금속 성분은 칼슘, 마그네슘, 스트론튬 또는 바륨인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 니켈 함량은 1∼20중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 금속 성분의 함량은 0.01∼10중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 토금속 성분의 함량은 0.01∼20중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체인 메탄과 이산화탄소의 몰비는 0.2:1-5:1의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도는 특히 700∼900℃의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응압력은 특히 1-10 기압의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공간속도는 특히 시간당 5,000-100,000의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
