Abstract

본 발명은 이산화탄소와 산소 및 물이 불순물로 함유된 메탄이 주성분인 천연가스 또는 저급 탄화수소를 반응조건에서 안정화 제올라이트, 실리카, 실리케이트, 실리카-알루미나 등의 실리콘 함유 담체에 알카리 금속 및 알카리 토금속 조촉매와 함께 니켈이 담지된 촉매상에서 반응시켜 일산화탄소 및 수소가 함유된 합성가스 혼합물로 전환시킴에 있어 용융법을 이용하여 저융점의 금속염으로부터 알카리 금속, 알카리 토금속 및 니켈 산화물을 고표면적의 실리콘 함유담체에 효과적으로 균일하고 얇게 담지시켜 촉매의 활성과 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 특징으로 하고 있다. 담체상의 각 성분의 첨가량은 각각 알카리 금속은 0.01-10중량퍼센트, 알카리 토금속은 1∼20중량퍼센트, 니켈은 1∼20중량퍼센트이며, 본 발명의 반응은 전형적으로 600-1000℃의 반응온도, 상압부터 20기압의 반응압력, 그리고 시간당 1,000-500,000정도의 공간속도를 갖는 조건에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 이산화탄소와 산소 또는 수증기가 함유된 메탄올 주성분으로 하는 천연가스나 저급 탄화수소로부터 0.2:1 내지 5:1의 몰비로 연속적으로 실리콘 함유 담체에 니켈 및 조촉매로서 알칼리 금속 및 알카리 토금속 성분이 균일하게 담지된 촉매상에서 반응온도 600∼1,000℃, 반응압력 0.5 기압부터 20 기압, 그리고 공간속도 시간당 1,000∼500,000 정도의 조건하에서 반응시켜, 1:3에서 3:1의 조성을 갖는 일산화탄소 및 합성가스의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체증의 산소함량이 0∼10부피퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체증의 수증기의 함량이 0∼10부피퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 함유 담체는 제올라이트, 실리카, 실리게이트 또는 실리카 알루미나인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 금속성분은 니켈인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 금속 성분은 칼륨, 나트륨 또는 세슘인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 토금속 성분은 칼슘, 마그네슘, 스트론튬 또는 바륨인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 니켈 함량은 1∼20중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 금속 성분의 함량은 0.01∼10중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 알칼리 토금속 성분의 함량은 0.01∼20중량퍼센트 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기체인 메탄과 이산화탄소의 몰비는 0.2:1-5:1의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도는 특히 700∼900℃의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 반응압력은 특히 1-10 기압의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 공간속도는 특히 시간당 5,000-100,000의 범위인 합성가스의 제조방법.
