Abstract

본 발명은, TiO2-Al2O3, ZrO2-Al2O3및 SiO2-Al2O3복합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 복합물을 포함하는 지지체; 이 지지체상에 적하된, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리트금속 및 회토류 원소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 NOx흡착제; 및 상기 지지체상에 적하된 귀금속 촉매 성분을 포함하는 배기가스 정제용 촉매에 관한 것이다. 지지체를 구성하는 복합물을 촉매에 의한 초기 Nox전환률을 증신시킬 뿐만 아니라 내구성 시험후에라도 Nox정제성능이 저하되는 것을 억제한다.

Claims (30)

  1. TiO2-Al2O3, ZrO2-Al2O3및 SiO2-Al2O3복합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 복합물을 포함하는 지지체, 이 지지체상에 적하된, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리트금속 및 회토류 원소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 NOx흡착제 및 상기 지지체상에 적하된 귀금속 촉매 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정제용 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가, 금속 성분의 mol로 규정된 Al2O3에 대한 하나 이상의 TiO2, ZrO2및 SiO2(이후 MO2로 통칭)의 조성비인 M/Al이 5/95내지 50/50이 되도록 MO2와 Al2O3를 포함하는 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조성비 M/Al이 20/80 내지 30/70의 범위인 촉매.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 SiO2와 Al2O3의 금속성분의 mol로 규정된 Al2O3에 대한 SiO2의 조성비인 Si/Al이 4/96 내지 20/80이 되도록 SiO2-Al2O3복합물을 포함하는 촉매.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, Si/A1의 조성비가 4/96 내지 15/85의 범위인 촉매.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 리튬(Li), 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 루비듐(Rb), 세슘(Cs) 및 프란슘(Fr)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속인 촉매.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 바륨(Ba), 베릴륨(Be), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca)및 스트론튬(Sr)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알칼리 토금속인 촉매.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 스칸듐(Sc), 이트륨(Y), 란탄(La), 세륨(Ce), 프라세오디뮴(Pr) 및 네오디뮴(Nb)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 희토류 원소인 촉매.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 산소 농도가 일산화탄소(CO)와 탄화수소(HC)를산화시키는데 요구되는 화학량론적 양이거나 그 이상인 배기가스중 산화질소(NOx)를 흡착시키기에 유효한 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 지지체 120g에 대해 0.05 내지 1.0mol의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 Pt, Rh 및 Pd로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소인 촉매.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 산소농도가 CO와 HC를 산화시키는데 요구되는 화학량론적 양이거나 그 이상인 배기 가스중 NOx, CO 및 HC를 정제하는데 유효한 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 Pt와 Pd로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며 지지체 120g에 대해 0.1 내지 20.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 지지체 120g에 대해 0.5 내지 10.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 Rh이며 지지체 120g에 대해 0.01 내지 80.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 지지체 120g에 대해 0.05 내지 5.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  17. TiO2, Al2O3및 알칼리 토금속 및 회토류 원소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하는 복합물 지지체, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리-토금속 및 회토류 원소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소로 포함하며 상기 복합물 지지체상에 적하된 NOx흡착제 및 상기 복합물 지지체상에 적하된 귀금속 촉매 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정제용 촉매.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 복합물 지지체가, TiO2와 Al2O3의 금속성분의 mol로 규정된 Al2O3에 대한 TiO2의 조성비인 Ti/Al이 5/95 내지 50/50이 되도록 TiO2및 Al2O3를 포함하는 촉매.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, Ti/Al의 조성비가 20/80 내지 30/70의 범위인 촉매.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 리튬(Li), 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 루비듐(Rb), 세슘(Cs) 및 프란슘(Fr)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속인 촉매.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, NOx흡착제가 바륨(Ba), 베릴륨(Be), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca)및 스트론튬(Sr)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알칼리-토금속인 촉매.

  26. 제17항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 산소농도가 CO와 HC를 산화시키는데 요구되는 화학량론적 양 또는 그 이상인 배가스중 NOx, CO 및 HC를 정제하는데 유효한 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매성분이 Pt와 Pd로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며 복합물 지지체 120g에 대해 0.1 내지 20.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 복합물 지지체 120g에 대해 0.5 내지 10.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  29. 제26항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 Rh이며 복합물 지지체 120g에 대해 0.01 내지 80.0g의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매 성분이 복합물 지지체 120g에 대해 0.05 내지 5.0의 양으로 적하된 촉매.
