Abstract

예를 들어 에틸렌/클로로트리플로로에틸렌, 에틸렌/테트라플로로에틸렌 공중합체, 또는 비닐리덴플로라이드의 동중합체들과 공중합체들과 같이 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체들을 생성하기 위하여 -30℃ 내지 +30℃범위의 낮은 온도에서 서스펜션이나 수용액성 에멀션내에 (공)중합화반응을 수행하는 데 있어서, 하나나 그 이상의 C1-C8알킬들로 치환된 시클로펜탄들이 사슬전이시료로서 사용된다. 그러한 사슬전이시료들은 액체상이어서 다루기가 용이하여 주입하기가 쉽고, 독성이 없으며 열적으로 안정한 알킬 말단기를 가지게 하는 등 매우 효율적이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정에 있어서, 해당되는 단위체들이 -30℃ 내지 +30℃의 온도에서 (공)중합되고, 하나나 그 이상의 C1-C6알킬이 알킬-치환된 시클로펜탄을 사슬전이시료로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시클로펜탄은 1,2,3 알킬들 C1-C4들로 치환되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치환되는 시클로펜탄은 메틸시클로펜탄인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬-치환된 시클로펜탄의 첨가되는 양이 주입되는 단위체들의 전체양에 대하여 0.01 내지 30중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정은, 3 내지 12개의 탄소 원자들을 가지며 히드록시기와 메틸기의 수의 비율이 0.5 이하인 가지달린 사슬(branched chain) 지방족 알코올이 존재하는 수용액성 에멀션 내에서 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정은, 자외선-가시광선 방사가 존재하에 라디칼 광개시체를 사용하는 수용액성 에멀션내에서 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 유기 용매내의 서스펜션내에서 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정에서의 공중합체는 할로겐 원자들을 가지지 않는 올레핀과 퍼(할로)플로로올레핀 사이의 비율이 40:60 내지 60:40인 퍼(할로)플로로올레핀 C2-C6과 할로겐 원자들을 가지지 않는 C2-C|8올레핀 사이에서 생성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 퍼(할로)플로로올레핀은 테트라플로로에틸렌과 클로로트리플로로에틸렌으로부터 선택되어지고, 할로겐 원자들을 가지지 않는 올레핀은 에틸렌인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소- 함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 0.1 내지 10몰%의 하나나 그 이상의 플루오르화 공단위체들을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
  11. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정에 의하여 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드나 0.1 내지 10몰%의 하나나 그 이상의 플루오르화 공단위체들로 변경된 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드가 생성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수소-함유 플루오르중합체를 제조하는 공정.
