Abstract
본 발명은 턴디쉬(Tundish)의 노즐로부터 분사되는 용강의 흐름변화를 음파를 이용하여 제어하는 용강의 흐름변화 방법 및 그 방법에 따른 주조용몰드에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따른 용강의 흐름변화 방법 및 그 방법에 따른 주조용 몰드는 간단한 구조를 가지며 저렴한 비용으로 발생가능한 음파를 이용하여 용강의 흐름을 약하게 하거나 균일하게하는 효과를 가지므로 주조제품의 원가가 현저히 절감되어 국제경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 우수한 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a flow change method of molten steel for controlling the flow change of molten steel sprayed from a nozzle of a tundish using sound waves, and a casting mold according to the method.
