Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 셀룰로오스 섬유 및 충진재의 현탁액에 음이온성 무기입자와 양이온 탄화수소 고분자를 첨가하고 와이어 상에서 현탁액을 성형하고 건조하는 단계로 이루어지는 현탁액으로부터 쉬이트나 웨브형 셀룰로오스 섬유함유 제품 제조방법에 있어서, 현탁액에 음이온성 콜로이드 무기입자와 0.02 이상의 치환도를 갖고 0.01 중량% 이상의 알루미늄이 함유된 양이온 전분이나 양이온 갈락토만난인 양이온 탄수화물 고분자를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트 또는 웨브형 셀룰로오스 섬유함유 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자가 양이온 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자가 양이온 구아검인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자의 치환도가 0.07 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자의 치환도가 0.07 내지 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자가 0.05 내지 5중량%의 알루미늄을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 실리카 기초 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 콜로이드 실리카, 콜로이드 알루미늄 개질 실리카, 콜로이드 알루미늄 실리케이트 또는 폴리규산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 무기입자가 벤토나이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 탄수화물 고분자를 무수섬유 및 충진재의 건조중량에 대해서 0.1kg/t의 무수형태로 현탁물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1,7,8 또는 9항에 있어서, 음이온 입자를 무수섬유 및 충진재의 건조 중량에 대해서 0.01kg/t의 무수형태로 현탁물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트나 웨브형 제품이 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
