본 발명은 음식점과 가정 및 야외등에서 고기를 구워 먹을 때 사용되는 숯불탄을 간단한 공정으로 성형할 수 있고 제조시의 원가 상승과 연소시의 유해가스 발생을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 높은 화력으로 연소시간을 연장할 수 있도록 하는 숯불탄 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 각종 폐목재를 두께 50mm를 기준으로 분리하여 연소로에 적층시키고, 적층된 폐목재를 3~5일간 반연소시켜 숯으로 만든 후 2차에 걸쳐 1mm 이하의 입자크기로 분쇄하며, 분쇄된 숯가루 18~22중량%, 질산바리움 0.3~0.7중량%, 질산소다 0.3~0.7중량%, 접착제 0.8~1.2중량%를 교반혼합한 후, 그 혼합물 일정량씩 압축성형하고 건조기에서 15~17시간 동안 열풍으로 건조시킴으로서 이룰 수 있다.The present invention can be formed in a simple process of the charcoal charcoal used to bake meat in restaurants, homes and outdoors, and can prevent the rise of cost during manufacture and the generation of harmful gases during combustion, but also burn with high thermal power The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing charcoal charcoal for prolonging the time, which separates various waste woods based on a thickness of 50mm and stacks them in a combustion furnace, and then burns the stacked waste woods for 3 to 5 days to make charcoal.
