Abstract

본 발명은 전지잔존용량 측정방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 2차전지를 주동력원으로 사용하는 시스템에 있어서, 잔존용량을 측정하고자 하는 전지의 주변온도 변동분에 대한 온도보상을 실시한 후 전지의 개로전압을 측정하여 전지의 잔존용량을 계산함으로써, 계산의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 정확한 잔존용량을 알지 못할 경우 사용자가 불필요하게 다시 충전을 하는 등의 비효율성을 제거한다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for measuring a battery remaining capacity, and in a system using a secondary battery as a main power source, measuring the open circuit voltage of a battery after performing temperature compensation for an ambient temperature variation of a battery to be measured.
