Description
Claims (21)
- 서로간에 결합된 다수의 박층을 포함하고 있고 상기 다수의 박층을 통해서 형성된 다수의 교차 채널을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 다수의 교차채널은 하나 또는 그 이상의 화학물질의 통로를 수용하고 있는, 화학적 혼합 및 반응을 위한 일체형 구조체에 사용되는 장치에 있어서, 상기 다수의 박층은 하나 또는 그 이상의 화학 물질과 양립하도록 선택된 재료를 포함하고 있고, 상기 다수의 교차 채널은 화학 반응이 질량 전달 고려에 의해서 제한되지 않게 충분한 영입각도와 전단율로 화학 물질이 교차부에 결합되도록 형성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 교차 채널은 평평하며 제1평면내에 배치된 제1채널과 제2평면내에 배치된 제2채널을 포함하고, 상기 제1평면과 상기 제2평면은 평행하며 서로간에 인접하고, 상기 제1채널 및 제2채널은 전단 형태로 반복적으로 교차하여 교차점에서 영입각도를 형성하도록 나선형으로 되고 서로간에 옵셋되는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 20°내지 160°의 영입각도를 형성하기 위해서 2개 또는 그 이상의 채널이 교차점에 위치하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 영입각도는 70° 내지 110°장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 영입 각도는 90°인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전단율은 경계층 형성을 파괴하기에 충분한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개 또는 그 이상의 교차 채널은 상기 영입각도와 전단율로 교차하고, 각각의 채널은 교차점에서 결합되고 결합된 형태로 가로지르는 2개 또는 그 이상의 채널을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 채널은 이어서 2개 또는 그 이상의 채널로 분리되며 그후 다시 조합되는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 채널은 이중 나선형 형태를 형성하기 위해서 반복적으로 교차되고, 제1채널은 제1평면내의 직선 부분과 전환 부분으로 구성되고, 제2채널은 제2평면내의 직선 부분과 전환 부분으로 구성되며, 제1채널내의 화학 물질이, (a) 난류 왼쪽 전환,(b)제2채널내의화학 물질과 난류 왼쪽 전단 교차, (c) 난류 오른쪽 전환,(d) 난류 오른쪽 전환,(e) 제2채널내의 화학 물질과 난류 오른쪽 전단 교차,(f) 난류 왼쪽 전환의 순서를 반복적으로 받는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 교차 채널은 인접한 평편한 표면에 의해서 형성되는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 임의의 직선 채널의 길이대 유압 직경의 비는 8 미만인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박층은 주기표의 Ⅲ,Ⅳ 및 Ⅴ기의 원소, 세라믹, 유리, 중합체, 복합물 및 금속으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 박층은 주기표의 Ⅲ,Ⅳ 및 Ⅴ기의 원소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 박층은 주기표의 ⅣA기로부터 선택된 재료를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 박층은 실리콘과 게르마늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 박층은 탄화 실리콘, 사파이어 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 세라믹을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 화학물질의 화학적 혼합 및 반응을 위하여 일체형 구조체에 사용되는 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서 ,(a) 다수의 박층을 가공하는 단계-각각의 박층은 박층상에 또는 박층을 통하여 바라는 통로를 형성하기에 충분한 윗 부분, 밑부분 및 두께를 가짐, (b) 바라는 영입각도로 교차하는 채널을 전개하기 위해서 상기 다수의 박층을 정밀하게 정렬하여 적층시키고 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가공 단계(a)는 감축 공정, 첨가 공정 및 성형 공정으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 과정에 의해서 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 감축 공정은 화학적 에칭, 전자 화학적 가공, 방전 가공, 레이저 절제, 천공 및 절단, 연삭 및 단일 다이아몬드 촉 절단으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 첨가 공정은 전자성형, 선택적 도금, 화학적 증기 중착, 스테레오 석판 포토포밍(stereo lithographic photoforming) 및 용접으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 성형 공정은 몰딩, 캐스팅,스탬핑으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 화학 물질을 혼합시켜서 반응시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a) 하나 또는 그 이상의 화학 물질을 화학적으로 혼합시키고 반응시키기 위한 구조체의 채널안에 도입하는 단계,(b) 상기 화학물질을 채널을 가로질러서 흘려보내는 단계,(c) 화학반응이 질량 전달 고려에 의해서 제한되지 않게 충분한 영입 각도와 전단율이 되는 횡단율로 횡단을 조절하는 단계, (d) 반응 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
