Abstract

연료 및 산화제를 다중-오리피스(동심) 버너〔이는 버너의 종축과 동축상에 있는 n개의 분리된 통로 또는 채널의 배열로 이루어지고, 여기에서, n은 2이상의 정수(2, 3, 4, 5,...)이고, (n-1)번째 통로는 버너의 종축으로부터 측정하여 n번째 통로에 대하여 내부 통로이며, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료 및 임의로 조절제는 하나 이상의 통로, 그러나,적어도 n번째(외부)통로를 동과하여, 적어도 한 통로를 남기고, 산화제 및 임의로 조절제는 하나 이상의통로, 그러나 적어도(n-1)번째 통로를 통하여 통과한다〕를 통하여 반응 지대로 도입하는 단계로 이루어지는, 산화제로서 제공된 산소-함유 가스 및 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료를 비-촉매 가스 생성기의 반응 지대에서 반응시킴에 의한 합성 가스의 제조 방법. 산화제가 한 통로를 통하여 통과하고, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료가 다른 통로를 통하여 통과하는 임의의 두개의 인접한 통로에서, 산화제는 탄화수소-함유 연료보다 높은 속도를 갖는다.

Claims (12)

  1. 연료 및 산화제를 버너의 종축과 동축상에 있는 n개의 분리된 통로 또는 채널의 배열로 이루어진 다중-오리피스(동심) 버너를 통하여 반응 지대로 주입하는 단계를 포함하고, n은 2 이상의 정수(2, 3, 4, 5...)이고, (n-1)번째 통로는 버너의 종축으로부터 측정하여 n번째 통로에 대해 내부 통로이며, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료를 (임의로 조절 가스와 함께) 하나 이상의 통로, 그러나, 적어도 n번째 통로를 통하여 통과시켜, 적어도 하나의 통로를 남기고; 산화제를 (임의로 조절 가스와 함께)남아 있는 하나 이상의 통로, 그러나, 적어도(n-1)번째 통로를 통하여 통과시키며,이러한 방식으로, 산화제가 하나의 통로를 통하여 통과되고, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료가 다른 하나의 통로를 통하여 통과되는 임의의 두개의 인접한 통로에서, 산화제는 탄소-함유 연료보다 높은 속도를 갖는, 산화제로서 사용된 산소-함유 가스 및 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료를 실질적인 비-촉매 가스 발생기의 반응지대 내에서 반응시킴에 의한 합성 가스의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 한 통로를 통하여 통과하고, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료가 다른 한 통로를 통하여 통과하는 임의의 두개의 인접한 통로에서, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료의속도가 산소-함유 가스(산화제) 속도의 0.2 내지 0.8배인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, n이 3 이상일때, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료의 적어도 일부(예를 들면, 20%)를 상기 n번째 통로를 통하여 통과시키고, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료의 나머지 부분을 하나 이상의 남아 있는 통로를 통하여 통과시키는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제의 속도가 20 내지 150m/s인 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방법의 압력이 0.1 내지 12MPa 절대압력인 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연료가 천연 가스인 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제가 적어도 90% 순도의 산소를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 동심 통로 또는 채널의 배출구에서 가스화 지대로 각각의 속도를 측정하거나 계산하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절 가스가 증기, 이산화탄소 또는 물 또는 이들의 배합물인 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절 가스를 (n + 1)번째 통로를 통하여 통과시키는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스상 탄화수소-함유 연료 외의 연료에 대한 어떠한 연료 통로도 확보되지 않는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로부터 수득되는 합성 가스.
