Abstract

본 발명은 유리섬유강화 열가소성수지 파이프의 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 통상의 열가소성수지 파이프에 유리섬유강화를 권취시킴으로서, 고압이나 외부충격에 강하며, 특히 휨이 발생되지 않는 특징이 있는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 열가소성수지 제조장치의 개략도.
제2도는 본 발명에 적용된 테프론롤라의 측면도.
제3도의 (a)(b)(c)는 본 발명의 요부인 T-다이를 나타낸 것으로서, (a)의 경우는 T-다이의 정면도이고, (b)의 경우는 T-다이의 측단면도이며, (c)의 경우는 T-다이의 배면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 후방에 호퍼가 형성되고 전방에 T-다이를 갖는 압출기에 있어서, 상기 T-다이 일측면에 수개의 유리섬유강화 구멍이 천공되고 상기 T-다이 위치에 고정프레임을 형성하고 그 고정프레임의 상부 양측으로 힌지로 결합된 작동아암을 형성하며, 상기 작동아암의 중앙에는 인장스프링을 탄설하고 상부에는 힌지축으로 축설된 테프론롤러가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 우리섬유강화 열가소성수지 파이프의 제조장치.
  2. 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동아암 상부에는 실리콘롤러가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유강화 열가소성수지 파이프의 제조장치.
