Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do automatycznego sadzenia sztobr, zwłaszcza zdrewiałych sadzonek wierzby energetycznej i topoli, wyposażone w ramę (1) podpartą kołem napędowo-podporowym (6) charakteryzujące się tym, że koło napędowo-podporowe (6) połączone jest przekładnią cięgnową (8) z bębnem (9) będącym elementem mechanizmu selekcji (3) i mającym równomiernie rozmieszczone na obwodzie wzdłużne wybrania równoległe do osi wzdłużnej bębna (9) o długości równej jego wysokości i szerokości większej niż średnica sztobr, a rama (1) jest na przeciwległym końcu wyposażona w rolki dociskowe (7), przy czym pomiędzy kołem napędowo-podporowym (6), a rolkami dociskowymi (7) znajduje się redlica (5), nad którą zawieszony jest lej (4) prowadzący sztobry, nad którym z kolei znajduje się podpora (10) do siłowej zmiany pozycji poziomej sztobr wypadających z bębna (9) mechanizmu selekcyjnego (3), ponadto urządzenie wyposażone jest w otwarty od góry kontener (2) załadowczy o jednej parze ścian równoległych, przy czym odległość ścian równoległych od siebie jest większa od długości sztobr oraz o wzdłużnej szczelinie w dnie, równoległej do osi wzdłużnej bębna (9), której szerokość jest większa od średnicy sztobr.The subject of the application is a device for automatic planting of cuttings, especially woody seedlings of energy willow and poplar, equipped with a frame (1) supported by a drive and support wheel (6) characterized in that the drive and support wheel (6) is connected by a cable transmission (8) to a drum (9) being an element of the selection mechanism (3) and having evenly distributed longitudinal recesses parallel to the longitudinal axis of the drum (9) on its circumference, with a length equal to its height and a width greater than the diameter of the cuttings, and the frame (1) is equipped with pressure rollers (7) at the opposite end, wherein between the drive and support wheel (6) and the pressure rollers (7) there is a coulter (5), above which a funnel (4) guiding the cuttings is suspended, above which in turn there is a support (10) for forcefully changing the horizontal position of the cuttings falling out of the drum (9) of the selection mechanism (3), furthermore the device is equipped with an open-to-air a loading container (2) with one pair of parallel walls, the distance between the parallel walls being greater than the length of the stacks, and a longitudinal slot in the bottom, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the drum (9), the width of which is greater than the diameter of the stacks.
