Abstract

Method involves joining cutting parts to obtain ready article; forming segment-shaped member by cutting elliptical part and folding it in two along larger diameter; forming edge member by cutting narrow strip of backing or elastic material; lining it from the inside, between head part and backing; stitching them; turning inside of strip out relative to head part and stitching along the whole circle, with space between stitch and head edge being within the range of 3-5 mm; forming head brim edge by cutting upper and lower parts of brim; folding it so that face side is oriented inward; applying brim to carcass; stitching along brim outer edge at predetermined brim width; turning inside of upper part out onto lower part of brim. Such construction of hat provides compensation of sizes and retaining of hat on user's head in case of strong gust of wind.  The invention relates to the production of hats, namely the manufacture of ladies' hats with a skeleton base.

 Hats are widely known, including parts of the cut of the head, fields, lining with a bottom and methods for their manufacture (Rytvinsky LB et al. Modeling, design and processing technology for hats. M. Legprombytizdat, 1985).

 Known hat made of natural or artificial fur with a frame base made of mesh form from high pressure polyethylene (p. 2060019 publ. 05.20.96. Bull. N 14).

 However, well-known hats have disadvantages in operation. Under adverse weather conditions (wind, rain), the hats with brim do not hold well on the head, and the lining may fall out of the head of the hat, as it is not fixed along the edge of the head.

 A known method of manufacturing fabric hats, in which the cutting of fabric into parts is carried out, the parts are assembled into a product, molded, finishing operations are carried out and impregnation is carried out to impart rigidity (ed. Certificate. No. 1708268, publ. 30.01.92. Bull. No. 4) . However, this method does not provide methods for producing hat elements in the form of a segment, edging and a decorating element in the form of a hem.

 The claimed inventions solve the problem of improving the performance and aesthetics of the finished product.

 To obtain such a technical result, the proposed ladies hat with a skeleton base, including parts of the cut of the head, margins, lining with the bottom, contains an element in the form of a segment of elastic fabric located in the back of the cap, on the inside of the head around the entire circumference of the head there is an edging element , and the fields are made with an element in the form of a half-edging.

 Distinctive features of the proposed device are the presence of an element in the form of a segment of elastic fabric located in the occipital part of the cap, and on the inside around the entire circumference of the head is an element in the form of a hem, and the fields are made with an element in the form of a hem.

 To achieve the named technical result, a method for manufacturing a fabric lady's hat with a skeleton base is proposed, in which, like the closest one according to the author’s certificate N 1708268, cut parts are connected into a finished product. In contrast to the known in the proposed method, an element in the form of a segment is obtained by cutting parts in the shape of an ellipse with subsequent folding over a larger diameter, the element in the form of a piping is obtained by cutting a narrow strip of lining or elastic fabric, laying it from the inside between the detail of the head cut and the lining, stitching they are between themselves, they turn the strip out of the head and sew it around the entire circumference at a distance of 3-5 mm from the edge of the head, and the element in the form of a half-cord is obtained by cutting the upper and lower parts of the fields, fold them face howling side inward, impose on the frame of the fields, stitch along the outer edge of the fields to the specified width of the hem and turn the upper part to the bottom of the fields.

 The described method allows to obtain the elements of the hat in the form of edging, segment and half gut, which significantly affect the improvement of the performance of the cap and the improvement of its appearance, which corresponds to the task.

 The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where 1 is an element in the form of a segment; 2 - an element in the form of a piping; 3 - an element in the form of a half-edging.

 The proposed invention is carried out in the following sequence.

 1. The frame of the head with impregnation is impregnated with elastic fabric to impart stiffness, stitched along the edge of the head.

 2. Inside the head insert the strip of the pad sewn along the edges without a bottom.

 3. Bait along the edge of the head, while sewing from the inside a narrow strip of lining fabric or elastic fabric. The lining and strip are sewn on the machine at a distance of 3-5 mm from the edge of the head, the strip is turned out of the head and sewn manually around the entire circumference. It turns out an element in the form of a piping, located around the entire circumference of the head from the inside. It prevents the lining from falling out of the head and makes the inside of the cap aesthetically attractive. Thanks to the edging, the hat sits more comfortably (tightly) on the head.

 4. Cut out a piece in the form of an ellipse from elastic fabric, fold it with its face outward for a larger diameter, find the center, combine it with the center of the occipital part of the head and sew symmetrically on both sides. T.O. the cap is provided with an element in the form of a segment of elastic fabric located in the occipital part of the head. The edges of the segment end at the beginning of the temples, and this element resembles the “ears” that are designed to hold the hat on the head with gusts of wind, for warmth and comfort in cold weather, as well as to compensate for the flaws (+, -) of the size of the hat. If the hat is too big or too small, the "ears" will hold it and create comfort when worn.

 5. On the frame web of thin elastic material that can withstand the tension of the fabric when tightening the fields, impose a pattern of fields, cut out the field. On the inner circle make rifling.
