Abstract

The utility model relates to accessories for the care of shoulder girdle clothing: for vertical steaming and ironing, cleaning, storage, as well as demonstration and sale of branded clothing. The basis of the mannequin is a torso made in the form of a three-dimensional structure of two layers of heat-absorbing material and a vapor-impermeable cover. Between the layers of heat-absorbing material there is a cavity for inserting a hand inside the mannequin. The torso is made with the possibility of attaching and detaching paired movable limbs in the area of the joint of the sleeve cap and the shoulder seam of the clothing. The limbs preferably have a cylindrical shape with an expansion towards the upper part and are provided with an auxiliary loop in the lower part. The technical result consists in improving the quality of care for shoulder girdle clothing with or without a sleeve, during vertical steaming and ironing, cleaning, maintaining the shape and volume of clothing, including clothing made of thin and stretchy fabrics. 3 clauses, 3 figs.

Description

The utility model relates to household accessories used in connection with wearing clothes: hangers or holders for clothes and can be used to improve the quality of care for shoulder girdle clothes with or without sleeves, during vertical steaming and ironing, cleaning, maintaining the shape and volume of clothes, including clothes made of thin and stretchy fabrics.

A device for clothing care in the form of an ironing inflatable mannequin is known from the existing level of technology according to patent US 3298578A, IPC D06F 73/00, published 17.01.1967. In it, an arbitrary model of outerwear, for example, a jumpsuit, which is inflated by means of a hose from any source of heated air, can act as an inflatable mannequin. The unused inflatable part (for example, trousers when drying a jacket) is rolled up and secured with clothespins to increase the flow of warm air to the necessary parts of the clothing.

A household circular multi-shaped ironing and drying device is known according to patent RU 189179 U1, IPC D06F 59/00, published 15.05.2019. The device includes two or more inflatable mannequins made of air-impermeable fabric, the mannequins connected to each other form a ring through which hot air circulates. The mannequins are filled with hot air from one or more sources containing a fan, pump or other air flow generator with a heating element, and powered by the mains.

In both the first and second analogues, wet clothing is put on the mannequins (and fastened if there are fasteners), which stretches when the mannequin is filled with air and is smoothed out under the influence of temperature during the drying process.

The disadvantages of these devices include a significant risk of deformation of clothes made of thin and stretchy fabrics due to extreme tension when filling the mannequin with hot air, which is the main principle of the smoothing action of these mannequins. And also the fact that you cannot store clothes on them after ironing in order to preserve their shape and volume.

From the existing level of technology of devices in terms of maintaining the shape and volume of clothing during storage, as the closest analogue one can consider a wide variety of hangers of different designs, made from various materials, such as plastic, metal, composite materials and other materials.

The device closest to the claimed device in form is presented in patent RU 31493 U1, IPC A47G 25/00, A47F 7/19, published 20.08.2003. The hanger for displaying and storing women's clothing is made in the form of a frame reproducing the shape of the upper part and hips of the body and limited at the bottom by a horizontal bar, with a support hook at its upper point in the center and fixing elements. The hanger is equipped with two volumetric elements located inside the frame and secured to a horizontal bar connected at chest level with vertical sections of the frame.

The disadvantages of the hanger according to patent RU 31493 U1 include the fact that, although it has outlines reproducing the shape of the upper part of the body and hips, it is made in the form of a frame in one plane, with the exception of elements that create volume in the shape of a woman's chest. Thus, this hanger cannot help maintain the shape and volume of clothing of the shoulder girdle, with the exception of the part in the shape of a woman's chest.

A clothes hanger is known, presented in patent RU 2131693 C1, IPC A47G 25/20, published 20.06.1999. The hanger contains hangers connected to a hook, spheres are mounted in the hangers, elongated along the axis of the hangers, made according to the shape of the shoulder of the clothes. In the upper part of the hanger there is a sphere rigidly connecting the hangers to the hook, the axis of which is elongated in the horizontal direction. The hanger is equipped with a crossbar or hooks rigidly connected to the spheres mounted in the hangers. Due to the spheres in the area of attachment of the hook and the ends of the hanger in the shoulder area, the preservation of clothes from deformation is ensured and the fabric does not slip.

The disadvantages of the hanger according to patent RU 2131693 C1 include the rigidity of the hanger shape, which, during long-term storage, inevitably leaves marks on clothes made of thin or knitted fabrics that repeat the shape of the hanger spheres.

When using hangers presented in patents RU 31493 U1 and RU 2131693 C1 for vertical steaming, light clothing will deflect under the influence of a stream of steam as if from the wind, which in addition to the inconvenience of the process reduces the efficiency of ironing. The lack of a voluminous silhouette will not allow high-quality ironing of side seams, darts, yokes and other elements of the cut that require support for an effective steam blast or the smoothing force of the iron sole during vertical steaming and ironing. In addition, these hangers do not have devices for maintaining the volume and shape of the sleeves, which does not contribute to high-quality smoothing of the armhole and seam of the sleeve.

The objective of the utility model is to create a wardrobe mannequin for clothing care and wet-heat treatment, which allows for the convenience and improvement of the quality of care for shoulder girdle clothing with or without sleeves, with vertical steaming and ironing, cleaning, maintaining the shape and volume of clothing, including clothing made of thin and stretchy fabrics.

The problem with the specified technical result is solved by the fact that in a wardrobe mannequin for clothing care and wet-heat treatment, made in the form of a silhouette of the upper part of a human figure with a support hook in its upper part in the center, according to the utility model, the basis of the mannequin is a torso made in the form of a three-dimensional structure from two layers of heat-absorbing material and a vapor-impermeable cover, while between the layers of heat-absorbing material there is a cavity for inserting a hand inside the mannequin.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that:

- the torso is designed with the possibility of attaching and detaching paired movable limbs in the area of the joint between the sleeve cap and the shoulder seam of the garment;

- the limbs are cylindrical in shape and widen towards the top;

- the limbs are equipped with an auxiliary loop at the bottom.

The technical result is ensured by the given set of features,

creating elastic volume and support for an effective steam blast or the smoothing force of the iron sole, and also ensuring that the shape of the clothes is retained during further storage.

Smoothing in the area of the shoulder seam, cap, sleeve seam, sleeve length without runs and creases is provided by the movable limbs of the wardrobe mannequin, which can be unfastened if necessary or when caring for sleeveless clothing. The limbs are cylindrical in shape, with an extension towards the upper part, at the end of which there are fasteners for attaching to the torso and providing the mobility necessary for the convenience of steaming the sleeves of clothing, equipped with auxiliary loops for adjusting the position of the limb, are inserted into the sleeves and provide the necessary volume and support in the places of ironing.

Smoothing out darts and other relief elements of clothing cut is ensured by the ability to manually form the necessary bends from inside the mannequin, creating additional tension in the fabric, since this mannequin has a double structure with a cavity between the layers, into which you can insert your hand. This design feature is an advantage as additional protection of hands from hot steam.

The heat-absorbing base material and the vapor-permeable cover help to fix the achieved ironing result, which helps to cool the ironed area of the fabric more quickly.

The shape of the clothes during care and storage is ensured by the shape of the wardrobe mannequin in the form of a volumetric silhouette of the upper part of the human figure. The wardrobe mannequin does not have rigid edges in the design, and its surface does not allow the clothes to shift and slide under their own weight, so the clothes do not lose their shape even during long-term storage.

Ironed clothes can be left on the mannequin as on a hanger and stored in a wardrobe, since the wardrobe mannequin does not require separate storage space, has a slight weight, a small volume in thickness, and can be flattened if necessary without losing its properties.

The wardrobe mannequin for clothing care and wet-heat treatment is made in the form of a three-dimensional structure of the torso 1 from two layers of heat-absorbing material and a vapor-impermeable cover and is the basis of the wardrobe mannequin. The torso is made with the possibility of attaching and detaching paired movable limbs 2 using the limb fastening 3, which are located in the area of the joint of the sleeve cap and the shoulder seam of the clothing. In the upper part of the torso 1 in the center there is a support hook 4. The limbs 2 preferably have a cylindrical shape with an expansion towards the upper part and are provided with an auxiliary loop 5 in the lower part. The installed limb 2 in the shirt sleeve provides volume for the sleeve cap. With the help of the auxiliary loop 5, the limb is tensioned (item 7 in Fig. 3) for safe steaming of the sleeve seam and the side seam of the shirt.

Between the layers of heat-absorbing material there is a cavity 6 for inserting a hand inside the mannequin, which makes it possible to manually form the necessary bends from inside the mannequin, creating additional tension of the fabric while protecting the hands from hot steam.

Let's look at the process of using a wardrobe mannequin for vertical steaming of clothes.

Clothes to be ironed are put on a wardrobe mannequin like a body. Limbs are inserted into long-sleeved clothes like arms. If the clothes are sleeveless, it is easier to unfasten the limbs. The clothes are straightened in the same way as clothes are adjusted on the figure; if there is a fastener, it is fastened.

Processing sequence:

- lower part of the back and shelves;

- side seams: by moving the mannequin apart from the inside to stretch the fabric if necessary;

- back and shelf over the entire surface of the mannequin's torso;

- collar area;

- shoulder seams, yoke, upper part of the back and shelves;

- the sleeve, starting from the cap area: for this, it is convenient to manipulate the limb inserted into the sleeve, turning it in such a way that the fabric in the cap area is stretched and straightened;

- cuffs: for this, the sleeve is pulled up onto the limb so that the cuff encircles the limb like an arm. Smooth out the cuff area, holding it for convenience by the auxiliary loop or the limb itself, turning it in the process for ease of ironing;

- sleeve seam: stretching the fabric over the volume of the limb for ease and efficiency of ironing;

- sleeve lengthwise: straighten and smooth without forming creases, holding in the desired position by the auxiliary loops;

- to fix the result, the clothes are left to cool on the mannequin.

For storage, the wardrobe mannequin can be put away in a closet, hanging on a clothes rail like regular hangers.

Thus, the claimed device provides convenience and improved quality of care for shoulder girdle clothing with or without sleeves, during vertical steaming and ironing, cleaning, maintaining the shape and volume of clothing, including clothing made of thin and stretchy fabrics.
