EFFECT: realizing the purpose and ensuring compactness while maintaining functionality, as well as creating a reliable, safe, simple and advanced table-bed design.

Description

The invention relates to the field of combined furniture, which combines the functions of several pieces of furniture, and can be used when furnishing small rooms, for example, in preschool institutions.

A folding bed is known, which contains a frame, a folding frame hingedly installed in it with a mattress and support legs hingedly mounted on it, as well as a transformation means made in the form of a bar rotating into the inside of the frame, installed in it and interacting with the rotating frame, and holding it in the raised (folded) position last. The center of gravity of the rotating frame in the raised position is shifted outward relative to the hinge (according to patent RU2544132, A47C 17/52, published 03/10/2015).

The disadvantage of this bed is that it needs to be attached to the wall, since when the table is unfolded the bed will not be stable.

A convertible table-bed is known, consisting of a frame with legs, a folding tabletop and a folding bed frame of three hinged sections with folding legs. In the table state, the bed frame is located under the tabletop in a folded position. In the bed state, the tabletop rises, the folding bed unfolds and rests on the legs (according to patent US1308523, published 07/01/1919).

The disadvantage of this table-bed is the complexity of the design and the labor-intensive process of folding and unfolding the bed.

An office desk with a built-in bed is known, including a desk surface, drawers, a desk end plate and a desk partition. The drawer is a box-type folding structure consisting of a table surface support plate, a primary bed drawer, a secondary bed drawer and an internal partition. The main bed drawer, secondary bed drawer and inner partition are connected in series with hinges to form a plate-type bed. The primary bed drawer is composed of a pair of slides capable of moving back and forth with the table side plate through the bed drawer sliding track, and the secondary bed drawer is composed of a telescoping pair of slides with the table side plate through the bed guide groove. The bed support plate is connected to the outside of the main bed box through a hinge to create a support mechanism for a plate type bed (according to patent CN102726981, A47C 17/52, A47C 17/62, publ. 10/17/2012).

The disadvantage of this table with a built-in bed is that it requires considerable effort to fold and unfold it. There is a high risk of injury when turning drawers. All this makes the use of the famous table unsuitable in children's institutions.

A combination table with a bed is known, which consists of side panels facing each other, a support to support the side panels and a fixed top panel mounted on the side panels. Mounted on the fixed top panel is a hinged top panel, which in the lowered position is in the same plane as the fixed top plate, forming a table top. In the raised position, the folding top panel allows you to open the front part and pull out the sleeping area with mattress (according to patent KR100608537, A47B 83/04, A47C 17/62, publ. 08/03/2006).

The disadvantage of this table is that the height of the berth is too high, and also that the width of the berth does not exceed the width of the table.

The closest technical solution is a combined table with a bed, which consists of side panels facing each other, a support to support the side panels and a fixed top panel fixed to the side panels. Mounted on the fixed top panel is a hinged top panel, which when lowered is in the same plane as the fixed top plate, forming a tabletop. In the raised position, the folding top panel allows you to open the front part and unfold the bed with a mattress, which is hinged on the posts (according to patent KR100669365, A47B 83/04, A47C 17/62, publ. 01/16/2007).

The disadvantage of this table is that the width of the bed cannot exceed the width of the table. Therefore, to ensure a comfortable width for the sleeping area, you need to make the table the same or greater width, which negatively affects its compactness.

The technical result to be achieved by the proposed invention is to realize the purpose and ensure compactness while maintaining functionality, as well as to create a reliable, safe, simple and technologically advanced table-bed design.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the table-bed consists of a supporting body, which consists of two side panels connected by a wall, a folding bed installed between the side panels, and a folding tabletop installed with the ability to rotate about a horizontal axis located on the side of the wall and perpendicular to side panels, and is characterized in that the folding bed consists of two panels and two racks installed on both sides of one of the panels, while the horizontal panels and racks together with the side panels form a parallelogram mechanism.

In addition, a second similar table-bed can be made mirrored relative to the wall, having common side panels with the first table-bed.

In addition, protrusions can be made on the racks to support the folding bed in the unfolded position.

The table-bed (Fig. 1) consists of a supporting body 1, which consists of two side panels 2 connected by a wall 3. A folding table top 4 is installed on the body 1 with the ability to rotate relative to the horizontal axis. Between the side panels 2 there is a folding bed 5, which consists of panels 6, 7 and racks 8, interconnected with the possibility of rotation relative to a horizontal axis perpendicular to the side panels 2. Panel 6 and racks 8 are movably connected to the side panels 2. Together, the side panels 2, panels 6, 7 and racks 8 form a parallelogram mechanism , in which panel 7 will always be in a horizontal position.

Application.

The preferred place for using the described table-bed is in preschool institutions, where, when folded, it can be used simultaneously by two children in desk mode (frontal seating) or four children in table mode for creativity or eating (double-sided seating). When unfolded, the table-bed can be used for daytime naps by two children at the same time. The dual purpose of the table-bed allows you to save space and rationally use the space of the rooms where they are located. For example, a table-bed allows you to optimize the area of a group cell in a preschool institution by eliminating the use of a dedicated bedroom or multi-tier beds.

In table mode (Fig. 1, 5), the folding tabletop 4 is lowered, and the folding bed 5 is in the folded state. In this case, panel 6 is located along the wall 3, panel 7 under the tabletop 4, racks 8 vertically along the side panels 2.

To transform into a bed mode, it is necessary to raise the folding tabletop 4 (Fig. 2). In the raised position, the tabletop 4 is safely fixed by pneumatic cylinders 9. Then the folding bed 5 should be unfolded by pulling the panel 7. In this case, the panel 6 will take a horizontal position, standing flush with the panel 7 and forming a berth (Fig. 3). The racks 8 will lower, the projections 10 will stand on the floor and will provide reliable support and stability of the folding bed 5. A fully unfolded table-bed is shown in Fig. 4 and 6.

Using a double table-bed allows you to make it more compact and reduce the space it takes up, compared to two separate table-beds.

To ensure simplicity and manufacturability of manufacturing and assembly, it is advisable to make the elements of the table-bed flat, for example, from wood panel materials (plywood, chipboard, etc.).

Thus, the solutions presented in the invention make it possible to implement a compact, functional, reliable, safe, simple and technologically advanced table-bed design, and thereby ensure the achievement of a technical result
