Claims (20)
1. Способ обработки малой обрабатываемой площади биологической ткани живого субъекта без того чтобы ткань подвергалась действию повреждающих термических эффектов, указанный способ, включающий использование низкоуровневого реактивного лазера для генерирования когерентной оптической энергии излучения, имеющей длину волны в области ближней инфракрасной области электромагнитного спектра при мощности на выходе 100 - 800 милливатт, и фокусирование указанной когерентной оптической энергии излучения на указанной малой обрабатываемой площади с достижением скорости поглощения и превращения в тепло в облученной ткани в области между минимальной скоростью, достаточной для повышения средней температуры облученной ткани до уровня выше базальной температуры тела живого субъекта, и максимальной скоростью, которая является меньше чем скорость при которой облученная ткань превращается в коллагеновое вещество, где плотность оптической энергии излучения находится в области 1 - 15 дж/см2 на облученном участке ткани.
2. Способ по п. 1, где указанная длина волны находится при 1064 нм.
3. Способ по п. 2, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер включает Nd-YAG лазер.
4. Способ по п. 3, где указанная ткань облучается указанной когерентной оптической энергией излучения во множестве небольших обрабатываемых площадей в решетке в течение времени и интенсивности достаточных для обеспечения терапевтического эффекта.
5. Способ по п. 3, где каждая небольшая обрабатываемая площадь является площадью 0.5 - 2 мм2.
6. Способ по п. 3, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер пульсирует с продолжительностью каждого импульса 0.1 - 9.9 с и каждый импульс оперирует в течение 0.1 - 9.9 с.
7. Способ по п. 3, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер работает в непрерывном режиме.
8. Способ по п. 2, где указанная длина волны составляет около 1055 нм.
9. Способ по п. 4, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер включает Nd-YLF лазер.
10. Способ по п. 9, где указанная ткань облучается указанной когерентной оптической энергией излучения во множестве небольших обрабатываемых площадей в решетке в течение времени и с интенсивностью необходимыми для обеспечения терапевтического эффекта.
11. Способ по п. 9, где каждая небольшая обрабатываемая площадь является площадью 0.5 - 2 мм2.
12. Способ по п. 9, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер пульсирует с продолжительностью каждого импульса 0,1 - 9,9 с и каждый импульс оперирует в течение 0.1 - 9.9 c.
13. Способ по п. 9, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер работает в непрерывном режиме.
14. Способ по п. 1, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер включает Nd-YAG лазер.
15. Способ по п. 1, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер включает Nd-YLF лазер.
16. Способ по п. 1, где указанная ткань облучается указанной когерентной оптической энергией излучения во множестве небольших обрабатываемых площадей в решетке в течение времени и с интенсивностью необходимыми для обеспечения терапевтического эффекта.
17. Способ по п. 1, где каждая небольшая обрабатываемая площадь является площадью 0,5 - 2 мм2.
18. Способ по п. 1, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер пульсирует с продолжительностью каждого импульса 0,1 - 9,9 с и каждый импульс оперирует в течение времени в области 0,1 - 9,9 с.
19. Способ по п. 1, где указанный низкоуровневый реактивный лазер работает в непрерывном режиме.
20. Способ по п. 1, где указанная длина волны находится в области 1000 - 1150 нм.
