Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологии производства пленочных материалов, а именно двухосноориентированных полиэтилентерефталатных пленок. Изобретение обеспечивает повышение прочности и равнотолщинности за счет того, что пленку, полученную экструзией из расплава, ориентируют сначала в поперечном направлении при 80-100°С до кратности 3,5-4,5. Затем осуществл ют двухстадийную прокатку в продольном направлении при 30-40°С до относительного обжати 11-19% на первой паре валков и при 35-45°С до относительного обжати 16-24% на второй паре валков при отношении скоростей их вращени равном 1,02-1,06. Осуществл ют ориентационное выт гивание в продольном направлении при 60-80°С с усилием нат жени 15-35 МПа до кратности 2,5-3,5. 1 табл.This invention relates to a process for the production of film materials, namely biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate films.
