(54) УСТРОЙСТВО А. Н. ЕДЙНАКА ДЛЯ ФИКСАЦИИ Иэобретеш е относитс к мещ исикской технике , а именно к устройствам дл осуществ 1ШЯ остеосиктеза. Известно устройство дл фиксаци костных отломков, которое содержит фасонную шгастину с винтами 1j. Однако известное устройство не обеспечива ет разномерного распределени усили ко«нресс ш КЗ. Есей площада контакта излома гсо(ла, что .ухудшает услови осгеосиктеза, зат гивает сроки леченмй. Целью нзсбретегш вл етс равномерное распрзаеление усили компрессии на всей плошддг контакта излома кости. Ярставленна цель достигаетс тем, что услройство дл фиксагли костных отломков, содержащее фасонную пластану с винтакш, (..набжено дополнктелькой фасонной пластиной, соединенной с основной пласганой таким образом ., что образована замкнута.; рама, кажда из пласти выполнена в виде гофрирован ной полосы с резьбовым стержнем и коленчатой муфтой с резьбовьам отверстием, а винты Бьшолнены с отверстием и установлены КОСТНЫХ ОТЛОМКОВ одним концом в коленчатых муфтах, а щ угкм концом - в отверсти х резьбовых стержмей . На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл фиксации костных отломков; на фиг. 2 - то же, в процессе остеосинтеза; на фиг. 3 - фасонна пластина; на фиг. 4 - винт. Устройство содержит основную фасонную пластину 1 и дополнительную фасонную пластину 2s соединешй-ле между собой в замкнутую рйму.
