Известно, что в процессе выпечки пастообразные частицы выход т из вафельниц, за счет чего образуютс значительные потери теста. Известно устройство с расположенными между нижней и верхней частью вафельницы запорными планками дл пара, у которого дл потерь должна быть сокращена благодар наличию в них каналов дл отвода пара с поперечными сечени ми, увеличивающимис от середины к углам. Это должно предотвратить выход сравнительно крупных пастообразных частичек в критических средних зонах запорных планок, причем сравнительно малые поперечные сечени каналов в этих местах благопри тствуют выходу пара, и в общем становитс возможным полное удаление газов из вафельного листа, привод щее к надежному заполнению тестом углов вафельницы.It is known that in the baking process, pasty particles come out of the waffle irons, due to which considerable dough losses are formed.
