Description
本創作係提供一種橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,係主要透過踏板與連桿構件之間的對應組合,使運動者踩踏踏板進行橢圓軌跡的運動時,足部及腳踝更能符合人體工學而達到舒適性。
按,習知之橢圓軌道機之踏板,如中華民國專利證書號數第M415719號所示,係透過擺動構件之間的對應組合,而達到腳部橢圓軌跡之踩踏運動,同時兼具手臂屈伸擺動效果之室內運動設備。然而,上述之結構仍存在著設計上的缺點:即,如第6圖所示,踏板與踏桿之間設有彈簧,其實際作用係使運動者的足部與腳踝之間的擺動及活動在踏桿變換位置的過程中能夠更加大,但是,由於踏板與踏桿之間的空間很窄,而且踏板與垂直地面之間的夾角度過大,加上運動者是以坐姿方式運動,尤其當踏板擺動到機台的最前端時,足部之前半部與腳趾會有一直想要往前伸而有盡力試圖往前貼合踏板前半部的問題。因此,尤其在踏桿快速地變換位置的過程中足部與腳踝之間的擺動及活動效果顯然有限且不舒適。
有鑒於習用橢圓軌道機之橢圓運動軌跡係非適合足部踩踏在踏板上以及足部與腳踝之間的角度,因此不符合足部與腳踝的人體工學而造成足部與腳踝的不舒適感。
本創作係在提供一種橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,係至少包括有一基座、二滑動導軌、二擺動握桿、一圓周運動裝置以及二從動桿,其中,該基座之前段及後段分別立設有一立架及一座架,並二該滑動導軌係呈對應設置於該基座上,且二擺動握桿係分別樞設於該基座之立架二側,而該圓周運動裝置則架設於該基座上且其二側各樞設一主動桿一端,該主動桿另端則樞接有踏板,而二該從動桿一端係樞設該擺動握桿之下端且其另端之二側分別樞設一滑輪及該主動桿一側,該滑輪於該滑動導軌內前後滑動;其主要特徵在於:該踏板底面固設有一擺動板,該擺動板底面固設有二固定桿,而該主動桿樞接該踏板之一端固設有一與該主動桿呈垂直方向之固定板,該固定板上設有二長形剖槽,並該固定桿外側套設有彈簧,該彈簧二端固定在該擺動板底面與固定板之間,並使該固定桿可上下活動地穿設該固定板之長形剖槽;藉此,運動者在進行橢圓軌跡運動時,足部能確實踩踏貼合在踏板上且使腳踝的活動擺動更能符合人體工學。
本創作之功效在於主動桿前端的踏板下方前後各設有一彈簧,當運動者將足部踩踏在踏板上進行腳部橢圓軌跡之踩踏運動時,踏板可隨著橢圓的軌跡過程中作出前後的擺動調整,不僅可增加足部與腳踝之間的擺動及活動,而且使足部踩踏在踏板上的擺動更能符合人體工學而達到舒適感。

為使 貴審查委員對本創作之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合【圖式簡單說明】列舉實施例,詳述說明如后:
請同時參閱第1~8圖所示,本創作係提供一種橢圓軌道機結構,包括:一基座10,其前段及後段分別立設有一立架20及一座架30,並該基座10上固設有一固定座101,而該立架20上設置有一儀表板150;二滑動導軌40,其截面係呈C字形並呈反向對應並斜向設置於該基座10上,且其二端分別固設於該基座10之固定座101及立架20上;二擺動握桿50,係分別樞設於該基座10之立架20二側,該擺動握桿50更包含有一上握持桿501及一下伸縮桿502;一圓周運動裝置70,係架設於該座架30與基座10之間,且其二側各樞接一主動
桿60一端,該主動桿60具有一平直段601及一U形之彎曲段602;二踏板90,係其底面固設有一擺動板91,該擺動板91底面固設有二固定桿92,而該主動桿60之彎曲段602端部固設有一與該主動桿60呈垂直方向之固定板61,該固定板61上設有二長形剖槽62且與垂直地面之間的夾角度係呈55°~75°,並該固定桿92外側套設有彈簧93,該彈簧93二端固定在該擺動板91底面與固定板61之間,並使該固定桿92穿設過該固定板61之長形剖槽62。另外,二該擺動板91向下具有二樞耳911,該樞耳911有一穿孔912,且該主動桿60之彎曲段602端部設有一穿孔603,藉由一樞接件604同時樞設該擺動板91之穿孔912與主動桿60之穿孔603;二從動桿100,其一端係樞設該擺動握桿50之下伸縮桿502下端,且另端設置有一連接橫桿101,該連接橫桿101之二側分別樞設一滑輪120及該主動桿60之平直段601一側,而該滑輪120係於該滑動導軌40內前後滑動;一座椅130,其底端設置有一滑軌140,該滑軌140係設置於該座架30上,其中,該滑軌140供該座椅130前後地滑設。
藉由上述之結構、組成設計,茲就本創作之使用作動情形說明如下:當運動者坐在該座椅130上以手部握持該擺動握桿50之上握持桿501,並進行踩踏該主動桿60上之踏板90時,該踏板90係樞接主動桿60上並會隨著主動桿60作橢圓軌跡的擺動,由於該踏板90下方具有彈簧93,而且該彈簧93二端固定在該擺動板91底面與固定板61之間,因此,當運動者以足部踩踏踏板90時,該踏板90下方的彈簧93會隨著橢圓的軌跡過程中該踏板90踩踏角度的變化而使該踏板90作出不同角度之前後擺動調整。
藉上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:
(一)、由於本創作之主動桿60前端的踏板90下方前後各具有一彈簧93,當運動者坐在座椅130並將足部踩踏在踏板90上進行腳部橢圓軌跡之踩踏運動時,踏板90可隨著橢圓的軌跡過程中作出前後的擺動調整,再配合該固定板61與垂直地面之間的夾角度係呈55°~75°;尤其當踏板90擺動到機台的最前端時,足部之前半部與腳趾不會有一直想要往前伸而有盡力試圖往前貼合踏板90前半部的問題,使足部能確實踩踏貼合在踏板90上及腳踝的活動擺動更能符合人體工學而達到舒適感。
(二)、由於本創作中該固定桿92外側套設彈簧93的二端固定在該擺動板91底面與固定板61之間,並使該固定桿92穿設過該固定板61之長形剖槽62,因此,使該踏板90前、後擺動的幅度能加大,使足部與腳踝之間的活動更有運動的擺動效果。
綜上所述,本創作係能有效解決習知創作缺陋,並能為所屬技術領域中普通知識者所理解而輕易實施,惟,以上所述者,僅為本創作之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本創作實施之範圍;即大凡依本創作申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)
- 一種橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,係至少包括有一基座、二滑動導軌、二擺動握桿、一圓周運動裝置以及二從動桿,其中,該基座之前段及後段分別立設有一立架及一座架,並二該滑動導軌係呈對應設置於該基座上,且二擺動握桿係分別樞設於該基座之立架二側,而該圓周運動裝置則架設於該基座上且其二側各樞設一主動桿一端,該主動桿另端則樞接有踏板,而二該從動桿一端係樞設該擺動握桿之下端且其另端之二側分別樞設一滑輪及該主動桿一側,該滑輪於該滑動導軌內前後滑動;其主要特徵在於:該踏板底面固設有一擺動板,該擺動板底面固設有二固定桿,而該主動桿樞接該踏板之一端固設有一與該主動桿呈垂直方向之固定板,該固定板上設有二長形剖槽,並該固定桿外側套設有彈簧,該彈簧二端固定在該擺動板底面與固定板之間,並使該固定桿可上下活動地穿設該固定板之長形剖槽;藉此,運動者在進行橢圓軌跡運動時,足部能確實踩踏貼合在踏板上且使腳踝的活動擺動更能符合人體工學。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,其中,該主動桿具有一平直段及一彎曲段,該從動桿係樞設在該主動桿之平直段一側,該彎曲段係呈U形且端部樞接該踏板。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,其中,二該擺動板向下具有二樞耳,該樞耳有一穿孔,且該主動桿之端部設有一穿孔,藉由一樞接件同時樞設該擺動板之穿孔與主動桿之穿孔。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,其中,該固定板與垂直地面之間的夾角度係為55°~75°。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之橢圓軌道機之踏板結構,其中,該座架 上設置有一座椅。
