  • FIG. 8 is a locally enlarged view of the glove as shown in FIG. 7.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1 and 2, a glove 10 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a waterproof film 11, an inner substrate layer 12 mounted on a first face of the waterproof film 11, and an outer substrate layer 13 mounted on a second face of the waterproof film 11. Thus, the waterproof film 11 is sandwiched between the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13. The waterproof film 11 is made of a waterproof material, such as PU (polyurethane), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), PTFE (polytetra fluoro ethylene) and the like. The inner substrate layer 12 is made of an air permeable material, such as a cloth and the like. The outer substrate layer 13 is made of an air permeable material, such as a cloth and the like.
  • In fabrication of the glove 10, the waterproof film 11 is sandwiched between the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13 to form a substrate. Then, the substrate formed by the waterproof film 11, the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13 is heat pressed or sewn to have an entrance 30 and a plurality of finger portions 20 so as to form the glove 10.
  • In such a manner, the waterproof film 11 has a waterproof function, and each of the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13 has an air permeable function, so that the glove 10 has waterproof and air permeable functions to enhance the versatility of the glove 10. In addition, the inner substrate layer 12 has a smooth inner surface 120 abutting a user's fingers to provide a comfortable sensation to the user, and the outer substrate layer 13 has coarse outer surface 130 to facilitate the user holding the glove 10.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the glove 10 a in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a rubber or plastic layer 14 mounted on the outer surface 130 of the outer substrate layer 13 to provide a waterproof effect. Thus, the waterproof film 11 and the outer substrate layer 13 are sandwiched between the inner substrate layer 12 and the rubber or plastic layer 14.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the glove 10 b in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a moisture gel 15 mounted on the inner surface 120 of the inner substrate layer 12 to protect the user's hand. Thus, the waterproof film 11 and the inner substrate layer 12 are sandwiched between the moisture gel 15 and the outer substrate layer 13.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the glove 10 c in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a rubber or plastic layer 14 mounted on the outer surface 130 of the outer substrate layer 13, and a moisture gel 15 mounted on the inner surface 120 of the inner substrate layer 12. Thus, the waterproof film 11, the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13 are sandwiched between the moisture gel 15 and the rubber or plastic layer 14.
  • Accordingly, the waterproof film 11 has a waterproof function, and each of the inner substrate layer 12 and the outer substrate layer 13 has an air permeable function, so that the glove 10 has waterproof and air permeable functions to enhance the versatility of the glove 10. In addition, the inner substrate layer 12 has a smooth inner surface 120 abutting a user's fingers to provide a comfortable sensation to the user, and the outer substrate layer 13 has coarse outer surface 130 to facilitate the user holding the glove 10. Further, the rubber or plastic layer 14 is mounted on the outer surface 130 of the outer substrate layer 13 to provide a waterproof effect. Further, the moisture gel 15 is mounted on the inner surface 120 of the inner substrate layer 12 to protect the user's hand.
  • Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
