Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a tag dispenser, and more particularly to a label tag dispenser that can be refilled conveniently.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- With reference to
FIG. 9 , a conventional label tag dispenser has abaseboard 60 and acover 50. Thebaseboard 60 has a top. Thecover 50 is hollow, is mounted securely on the top of thebaseboard 60 by glue and has a top face, achamber 51 and adrawing slot 52. Thechamber 51 is formed between thecover 50 and the top of thebaseboard 60 to containlabel tags 40. Thedrawing slot 52 is formed through the top face of thecover 50 and communicates with thechamber 51 to enable one of thelabel tags 40 to extend out of thecover 50. Then, one of the label tags can be taken from thechamber 51 via thedrawing slot 52 in use. - The conventional label tag dispenser can be used to store the
label tags 40 to allow users to directly draw thelabel tags 40. Since thecover 50 of the conventional label tag dispenser is mounted securely on thebaseboard 60 by glue, when thelabel tags 40 in thechamber 51 of are used up, the conventional label tag dispenser cannot be refilled and becomes useless and this not only increases the cost of production but also pollutes the environment due to the unrecyclable waste. - The present invention provides a label tag dispenser that mitigates or obviates the aforementioned problems.
- The main objective of the present invention is to provide a label tag dispenser that can be refilled conveniently.
- The label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention has an inner box, an outer case and multiple label tag groups. The inner box is a rectangular box and has at least two chambers and multiple positioning protrusions. The at least two chambers are formed in the inner box and are arranged in order at intervals. The positioning protrusions are formed on and protrude from a closed bottom of the inner box, align with each other and are respectively corresponding to the at least two chambers. The outer case is detachably mounted around the inner box and has a drawing slot, a mounting recess and multiple holding holes. The drawing slot is formed through a top of the outer case and communicates with the at least two chambers. The mounting recess is formed in the outer case to mount around the inner box and communicates with the drawing slot and the at least two chambers. The holding holes are formed through a bottom of the outer case, communicate with the mounting recess and are respectively mounted around the positioning protrusions. The label tag groups are respectively mounted in the at least two chambers and each label tag group has multiple label tags.
- Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a conventional label tag dispenser in accordance with the prior art. - With reference to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention has aninner box 20, anouter case 30 and multiplelabel tag groups 10. - The
inner box 20 is a rectangular box and has two ends, a closed bottom, at least twochambers 21,multiple positioning protrusions 22 and twoinserting recesses 23. The at least twochambers 21 are formed in theinner box 20, are arranged in order at intervals between the ends of theinner box 20 and each one of the at least twochambers 21 has a same volume. Thepositioning protrusions 22 are formed on and protrude from the closed bottom of theinner box 20, align with each other and are respectively corresponding to the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20. Theinserting recesses 23 are respectively formed in the closed bottom of theinner box 20 at the ends of theinner box 20. - The
outer case 30 is formed by folding a board, is detachably mounted around theinner box 20 and has a top, a bottom, two open ends, adrawing slot 31, a mounting recess 32,multiple holding holes 33 and twocurved segments 34. Thedrawing slot 31 is formed through the top of theouter case 30 and communicates with the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20. Themounting recess 32 is formed in theouter case 30 to mount around theinner box 20 and communicates with thedrawing slot 31 of theouter case 30 and the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20. - With reference to
FIGS. 2 to 4 , theholding holes 33 are formed through the bottom of theouter case 30, communicate with themounting recess 32 of theouter case 30 and are respectively mounted around thepositioning protrusions 22 of theinner box 20 to hold theinner box 20 securely with theouter case 30. Thecurved segments 34 are respectively formed on the bottom of theouter case 30 at the open ends of theouter case 30 and are respectively corresponding to theinserting recesses 23 of theinner box 20 as shown inFIG. 3 . - The
label tag groups 10 are respectively mounted in the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20 and eachlabel tag group 10 has a volume andmultiple label tags 11. The volumes of thelabel tag groups 10 are smaller than the volumes of the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20. Thelabel tags 11 of eachlabel tag group 10 are adhered to each other in opposite directions as shown inFIG. 5 . In addition, eachlabel tag 11 has a color and the colors of the label tags can be the same or different. Theupmost label tag 11 of eachlabel tag group 10 extends out of theouter case 30 via thedrawing slot 31. - With reference to
FIG. 3 , when theinner box 20 is mounted in the mounting recess 32 of theouter case 30, thepositioning protrusions 22 are respectively mounted in theholding holes 33 to hold theinner box 20 securely with theouter case 30 and this can provide a positioning effect for the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention. In addition, with reference toFIG. 4 , when atopmost label tag 11 of one of thelabel tag groups 10 is taken out of theouter case 30 via thedrawing slot 31, theinner box 20 will not move relative to theouter case 30 due to the engagement between thepositioning protrusions 22 of theinner box 20 and theholding holes 33 of theouter case 30. - With reference to
FIG. 6 , when using the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention, a user can push one of the ends of theinner box 20 to move inward theouter case 30 via a correspondingcurved segment 34 of theouter case 30 to make the other end of theinner box 20 extend out of theouter case 30. Then, one of the fingers of the user can insert into theinserting recess 23 of theinner box 20 on the end of theinner box 20 that extends out of theouter case 30 to make theinner box 20 linearly move relative to theouter case 30 and out from one end of theouter case 30 shown inFIGS. 7 and 8 to refill theinner box 20 with a newlabel tag group 10 conveniently. When one of the at least twochambers 21 of theinner box 20 is moved out of theouter case 30, thepositioning protrusion 22 that is mounted in themounting recess 32 of theouter case 30 can be mounted securely in one of theholding holes 33 of theouter case 30 and this can prevent theinner box 20 from separating or dropping out from theouter case 30. - Consequently, when using the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention, the
label tag groups 10 that are mounted between theinner box 20 and theouter case 30 can be replaced conveniently by pushing and pulling theinner box 20 relative to theouter case 30 to refill newlabel tag groups 10 in theinner box 20 and this can decrease the cost of production and reduce the environmental pollution. - Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
