Abstract
A suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure is disclosed. The suitcase includes at least a pair of a first supporting board and a second supporting board symmetrically arranged spaced in parallel, and a pocket structure with its upper end elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, and the bottom of the pocket structure is higher than the bottoms of the first supporting board and the second supporting board. The pocket structure of the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure is made of elastic materials, or elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board. This type of shockproof suitcase can makes the articles in the suitcase in a suspension status. During transit, the elastic lining provides a buffer effect for the articles inside, greatly reduce the impact force and protect the articles.
Description
- The invention relates to a type of suitcase, and in particular to a type of suitcase with an elastic suspending buffer structure which utilizes elastic buffer to realize the shockproof function.
- Usually some of various types of articles people carrying with are sophisticated devices, and the devices can not withstand violent vibration or impact, for example notebook computers, mobile hard disk drives, digital cameras, etc, which people need to carry along for use. In order to guarantee there is no damage to these carrying articles, even under some accident circumstances, like falling from a high place, the fragile items are stored in special shockproof suitcases. At present, the commercial available conventional shockproof suitcases manly insert PE foams or elastic materials in the interlayer or the inside part of suitcases to achieve a shockproof effect. But due to the limitation of the thickness of a suitcase, the thickness of the interlayer can not be very thick which influences its portability, the real buffer distance is usually very short and no real protection effect is achieved. How to effectively increase the shockproof buffer distance without increasing the thickness of suitcase is the problem that needs to solve.
- In order to solve the preceding problem, a novel type of suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure needs to be created.
- The object of the present invention is to provide a suitcase with a simple design, a longer buffer distance and an elastic suspending buffer structure.
- To achieve the preceding object, the present invention provides a suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure comprising at least a pair of a first supporting board and a second supporting board symmetrically arranged spaced in parallel, and a pocket structure with its upper end elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, and the bottom of the pocket structure is higher than the bottoms of the first supporting board and the second supporting board.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, the pocket structure is made of elastic materials.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, the pocket structure is elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, and the elastic band is connected at both ends with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, while one end of the elastic bands is connected with the pocket structure.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, the pocket structure is a bag-shaped structure.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, a side connecting member is further included, which connects the sides of the first and second supporting boards into an integral structure.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, the bottom of the pocket structure is ⅕ to ½ of the total height of the first supporting board higher than the bottoms of the first and second supporting boards.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, the pocket structure is disposed with soft scuff-resistant lining material on the side facing to the storage space.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, a bottom connecting member is further included; the bottom connecting member connects the bottoms of the first and second supporting boards into an integral structure at the bottoms of first and second supporting boards.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, further, the pocket structure is elastically connected with the left side and the right side of the first and second supporting boards.
- Preferably, in the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention, further, the material of the pocket structure is a neoprene material.
- Compared with the prior art, the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer of the present invention, because of the application of elastic materials, fixes the pocket structure to a pair of a rigid first supporting board and a rigid second supporting board parallel to each other, and also the distance adjustment of the bottom of pocket structure with the bottoms of the first and second supporting board, makes the articles in the pocket structure in a suspension status with the effect of elastic materials. During transit, a computer does elastic motion in the pocket structure and reduces adverse vibration of the interior parts, especially when the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure falls from a high place, the elastic material will generate a longer elastic extension to provide a longer elastic buffer to the articles in the pocket structure when the first and second supporting boards hit the ground, accordingly to be able to protect the articles in the pocket structure well.

Elastic positioning band - The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention will be explained in further detail with reference to accompanying drawings in the following.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure of the present invention can be loaded with digital cameras, notebook computers or other fragile articles. In the current embodiment, the directional words like, above, below, front, rear, left and right are used to explain the structure of the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure. However, each direction described by these words is only for the orientations inFIG. 1 . When the defined directions for the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure change, the direction described by these directional words shall be explained to be corresponding different directions - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure includes at least a pair of a first supporting board and a second supporting board symmetrically arranged spaced in parallel and a pocket structure with its upper end elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, and the bottom of the pocket structure is higher than the bottoms of the first supporting board and the second supporting board. - In the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure, the pocket structure itself can be made of elastic material, and can be a U-shaped bent fabric. The pocket structure of the U-shaped bent fabric uses a neoprene material as the elastic material and is sewed to the top parts of the first supporting
board 1 and the second supportingboard 2. The pocket structure of the U-shaped bent fabric can also be fixed to the top parts of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2 by sticking or other fastening methods to integrate the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2 into an integral structure. To protect the articles inside of a suitcase from scuffing, the outside of the first supporting board and the outside of the second supporting board are fully covered with a pliable protective layer which is affixed tightly. The bottom of the U-shaped bent fabric is higher than the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportinglayer 2. The distance between the bottom of the U-shaped bent fabric and the bottoms of the first supporting board and the second supporting board is about ⅕ to ½ of the total height of the first supporting board or the second supporting board, also commonly is 2-8 cm height, further, in the present invention of a suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure, the pocket structure can have a bag-shaped structure. - In the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure, the pocket structure is elastically connected with the supporting
board 1 and the supportingboard 2 through anelastic band 7, both ends of theelastic band 7 are connected to the first supporting board and the second supporting board, while one end of the elastic band is connected with the pocket structure. Two elastic bands 7 (the number of elastic bands can be more than two or just one), are disposed at the outside ofpocket structure 4 relative to the storage space, and fastened or sewed to the pliableprotective layer 3 corresponding to the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2, the bottom of theelastic band 7 is higher than the bottoms of the first supporting board land the second supportingboard 2. - In the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure, further, is provided with a side connecting member. The
side connecting member 5 connects the sides of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2 into an integral structure. Theside connecting member 5 is fastened in a way of sewing to the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2 separately, and connects the matching sides of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2. The pocket structure and theelastic side layer 5 circulate to form a storage space. The side end ofelastic side layer 5 closest to the side shall not exceed the side ends of the first supporting board and the second supporting board. The side end ofelastic side layer 5 is about 2-6 cm away from the corresponding side ends of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2. The side ofpocket structure 4 facing to the storage space is disposed with several softscratchproof members 6. The softscratchproof members 6 are applied to avoid scraping on the computer surface, usually made of soft silicon material. Theelastic side layer 5 can be made of neoprene material or elastic band material. - In the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure, further, the pocket structure is elastically connected with the left side end of the first supporting board and the right side end of the second supporting board.

FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view of the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure in the second embodiment, the difference of the suitcases with the elastic suspending buffer structure in the second embodiment and in the first embodiment is that the suitcase with the elastic suspending buffer structure in the second embodiment is not disposed with theelastic side layer 5, instead of which two symmetrically tilted elastic positioning band are disposed on the first supportingboard 1 or the second supportingboard 2 to fix at the upper corners of the computer in the storage space. - In summation of the description above, the suitcase of the invention with the elastic suspending buffer structure have the following advantages:
- (1) the bottom of the
pocket structure 4 is higher than the bottoms of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2, which makes the articles in the suitcase in a suspension status, during transit, an elastic buffering effect is generated to the computer in the pocket structure and relieves the pain on the shoulder or hand by a heavy load. If the suitcase accidentally falls from a high position, thepocket structure 4 orelastic band 7 will provide a long distance elastic buffer effect for the speedily falling computer, greatly reduce the impact force and protect the articles inside from damage. - (2) the
pocket structure 4 is folded into half to form a storage space, the articles inside are protected by thepocket structure 4 at the front, rear and bottom, the three orientations. The material of the pocket structure is a neoprene material, which is very flexible, wear-resisting, soft, and plays a good role in the shockproof effect; when theelastic side layer 5 is also made of neoprene material, the articles inside is fully protected at the front, rear, left, right and bottom. - (3) the material of the first supporting
board 1 and the second supportingboard 2 is polypropylene (PP), which is a light material and reduces the weight of the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure, and polypropylene (PP) benefits in the surface rigidity, scuff-resistance, nice appearance and durability and provides certain strength to the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure. - (4) the bottom of the
pocket structure 4 is higher than the bottoms of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2, the height is about 2-8 cm, the side end of theelastic side layer 5 is about 2-6 cm away from those of the first supportingboard 1 and the second supportingboard 2, when the computer is being on the impact, the pocket structure and theelastic side layer 5 will deform to provide a room, so called buffering room, and play a good role in the shockproof effect. Theelastic band 7 at the bottom prevents the shock impact on the computer to thepocket structure 4, and strengthens the shockproof protection. - (5) the first supporting
board 1, the second supportingboard 2 and thepocket structure 4 are sewed to the pliableprotective layer 3, which makes the suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure easy for manufacture and keeps the fine appearance. - The above description is the detail explanation for preferred applicable embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention is not limiting the present invention application scope, and any other equivalent change, modification within spirit and principle disclosed in present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure, comprising: at least a pair of a first supporting board and a second supporting board symmetrically arranged spaced in parallel, and a pocket structure with its upper end elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, and a bottom of the pocket structure is higher than a bottom of the first supporting board and a bottom of the second supporting board.
2. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pocket structure is made of elastic materials.
3. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pocket structure is elastically connected with the first supporting board and the second supporting board through an elastic band, the elastic band is connected at both ends with the first supporting board and the second supporting board, while one end of the elastic band is connected with the pocket structure.
4. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pocket structure is a bag-shaped structure.
5. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the suitcase further comprises a side connecting member, and the side connecting member connects the sides of the first supporting board and the second supporting board into an integral structure.
6. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the pocket structure is ⅕ to ½ of the total height of the first supporting board higher than the bottoms of the first and second supporting boards.
7. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the pocket structure is disposed with soft scuff-resistant lining materials on a side facing to a storage space.
8. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the suitcase further comprises a bottom connecting member, the bottom connecting member connects the bottoms of the first and second supporting boards into an integral structure at the bottoms of the first and second supporting boards.
9. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 8 , wherein the pocket structure is elastically connected to a left side and a right side of the first and second supporting boards.
10. The suitcase with elastic suspending buffer structure according to claim 1 , wherein the material of the pocket structure is a neoprene material.
