Description

    BACKGROUND Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates generally to sofas, and more specifically to a modular sofa made of compressible foam.
  • Related Art
  • Conventional modular sofa systems typically require screws or bracket assemblies in order to secure various modules together. For example, US publication number US20040021359A1 discloses a modular sofa requiring a bracket assembly for setup, U.S. Pat. No. 6,367,880B1 discloses a modular upholstered furniture construction requiring a bracket assembly for setup, and U.S. Pat. No. 5,630,644A a modular sofa assembly and mounting apparatus for securing independent sections thereof requiring a bracket assembly for setup. While these securing means are effective at preventing the modules from sliding apart when in use, they are not the easiest for a less handy user to assemble in-home.
  • The present invention discloses a modular sofa system made of a compressible foam for ease of transport which is easily assembled using a secure attachment mechanism.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein are for the purpose of the description and should not be regarded as limiting.
