TO ALL WHOM-IT MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, JESSE JOHNSON, of West Fnllowield township, in the county of Chester, and State of Pennsylvania, (my post oiice address being Cochranville Post Oliee,l Chester county, Pennsylvania,) have invented a new andusefnl machine for the purpose of cutting oil' bolts and rivets made of iron or any other material, which machine is called a Bolt and Rivet-Cutter;" and I do hereby declare that the following is a. full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same, reference being had to the annexed drawings, makinga part of this specification, in which- Figure 1 is a view of the machine when forced together, as when the operation of cutting a bolt or rivet has been performed. -V
