Definitions

  • the invention relates to an aqueous liquid detergent containing builder salts, which contains hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching agent and is distinguished by high stability in storage and easy metering.
  • non-aqueous and aqueous liquid detergents containing bleaching per-compounds are known.
  • the stabilization of the per-compounds is usually unproblematic.
  • the stabilization of anti-segregation agents often presents difficulties.
  • Sedimentation stabilizers often have to be added.
  • Another disadvantage is that often larger amounts of combustible organic solvents have to be added. Means of the type mentioned are described, for example, in DE 1279878 (GB 1205711), DE 22 33 771 (US 38 50 831), DE 2825 218 (US 43 16 812) and EP 30 086.
  • EP 38 101 proposes to encapsulate the bleach granules and to suspend them in this form in the composition. There is no information in the document about the type of capsule material, which logically has to be stable or insoluble in the aqueous stock concentrate, but has to be inconsistent or slightly soluble in the aqueous wash liquor.

  • the alkylbenzenesulfonate is preferably in the form of the sodium salt. Its proportion is preferably 7 to 12% by weight.
  • Suitable arinoxides are e.g. B. dodecyldimethylamine oxide, tride- cyldimethylamine oxide, tetradecyldimethylamine oxide, pentadecyldimethylamine oxide and hexadecyldiethylamine oxide and mixtures thereof. Their proportion is preferably 2 to 5% by weight.
  • Suitable soaps are preferably those made from natural fatty acid mixtures, such as coconut or palm kernel fatty acid.
  • the fatty acids with 10 and fewer carbon atoms are previously separated off in a proportion of less than 5% by weight, preferably less than 3% by weight (based on soap). It is also advisable to separate the stearic acid to a stearate content below 20% by weight, preferably below 15% by weight (based on soap).
  • the proportion of unsaturated fatty acid soaps, such as oleate is advantageously also less than 10%, based on soap.
  • the soaps are preferably in the form of sodium salts, the proportion of which is preferably 2 to 5% by weight.
  • the proportion of the potassium pyrophosphate which is preferably used as tetra potassium pyrophosphate, is preferably 15 to 21% by weight. Higher proportions, i.e. H. up to 25% by weight are in principle possible, but less recommendable due to the phosphate restrictions in the wastewater.
  • Suitable hydrotropes are toluenesulfonate, xylene sulfonate and cumene sulfonate, each in the form of the sodium salts. Their proportion is preferably 5 to 10% by weight The hydrogen peroxide is calculated as 100% H2O2. Its proportion is preferably 1 to 4% by weight.
  • the water should be deionized and in particular free of heavy metal ions. Its proportion is preferably 50 to 57% by weight. In addition, small amounts of those components which are insensitive to oxidation, such as dyes or opacifiers, can be present. Additional stabilizing agents are not required, since the agents themselves have a surprisingly high storage stability. After all, small proportions, ie a maximum of 0.5 to 1% by weight, of oxidation-insensitive stabilizers having a separating action may be present, such as 1-hydroxyethane-1, 1-diphoshonic acid, ethylenediamine-tetra- (methylenephosphonic acid and diethylene triamine penta- (methylenephosphonic acid), each in the 'form of the Na or K salt.
